You know that feeling when you realize your luck was wasted when you opened Land Tax and Doubling Season in Battle Bond? I could have opened something so much better in M19...
Wow, Crucible at Mythic? Looks like we have a Strip Mine reprint for Limited guys
Oh, I see, this is your thing.
As I wrote about Scapeshift, cards that do nothing in Limited are better at mythic than at rare, since it's disappointing to open a brick in your rare slot.
But yeah, greed also.

Nu-Palladia-Mors is a bit boring but that's fine. I guess she's meant to be a Limited beater, which is a fair cop, as some cards have to fill that role. Basically she's a Tromokratis variant, hm? I definitely like to see conditional hexproof, it's much less frustrating to play around and still fills a necessary role as a countermeasure to removal.
I like how they kept Palladia-Mors as a big beater with flying and trample like her original card, as well as giving her a few new abilities to boot.
Like someone mentioned above, with the way that the card is worded, it seems like the hexproof is gone for good once she deals damage. That's a bit of a shame, but it makes sense for power-level reasons.

I collect Legendary cards, Planeswalkers, and Sagas.
Current count of different Legends: 1314
Current count of different Planeswalkers: 213
Current count of different Sagas: 44
I believe that if you blink Mors she gains hexproof again.
She of course does. (Or if she goes to the command zone and gets recast, or you bounce and recast her, or reanimate her...) The static ability resets between what are in fact two different objects.
Glad to see Crucible of Worlds finally get a non-invention reprint, but feelsbadman to see it at mythic. The effect isn't really mythic, and we know this because we just got Ramunap Excavator at rare. Come on, WotC.

The Excavator had Limited relevance, being a creature and in an environment with a bunch of lands that could sacrifice or discard themselves.

How is opening a $50 bill, on a ~$4 investment, a “feel bad”? Other than the fact it won’t happen often...
Sheesh, it could rain $100 bills from the sky and people would still complain about something.
As far as we can tell, there are no non-evergreen keywords this time around.

I prefer it this way, allows for a little more freedom in what they (re)print.
That´s super boring. Mechanics are a good way for both new players and more experinced player to make a deck. I hope they have some good combos in the deck at least
Imagine getting crucible and scapeshift in your sealed pool
The elf is cool, Palladia is really underwhelming though.
Anyways, I want to hear all of those “This set is garbage” peeps come out today after they applied that label with half the set spoiled...
Guards! Guards! Come quick, Crucible of Worlds is getting a reprint!
I know right? This is one of those cards that should not be expensive. Thank you WotC

Don't ask, I don't know why ether...
I'm guessing it's supposed to represent making herself vulnerable by getting in close to do damage, or something like that.
Also, in this art, Palladia's armour looks very similar to Bolas's.
If you look closely at Vaevictis you'll notice the same type of armament. Family discount!
I like Palladia, but i think i really wanted to see her as 7/7..
