Ha, these are fun as hell. Going to roll dice and call odds/even though since I'm likely the worst coin-flipper in existence.

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
Glad to see another Izzet general combination that doesn't rely on Instants/Sorceries. Always good to see them explore new shared design space, and I like these two a lot. Probably the perfect level of jank for some of my friends (and I think it might be fun too).
I've been using Melek, Izzet Paragon to head a degenerate coin flipping deck (it eventually copies Fiery Gambit sufficient times to win using a bunch of Urza's Saga "Untap lands" spells to do stupid blue things). I'm going to refactor it into a more silly deck using these guys.
yup. Mana crypt's oracle text specifically says "If you lose the flip" which means there's a win and a loss condition, and Zndrspt says whenever a player wins a flip you draw a card.
Frenetic Efreet is hilariously busted in this one specific EDH deck but now that this deck is a reasonable option to build I bet I wont be able to find copies anywhere.

“Tell me who you walk with, and I'll tell you who you are.” Esmeralda Santiago Art is life itself.
Although these are coin flip effects, they are pretty strong. The only downside is you lose the flip and nothing happens. The upside is you can make an outrageously big Cyclops and draw a ton of cards with that homunculus.
Sure, its random odds, but it seems fun and could be super explosive.
Whoops! Sorry for the faulty corrections. I got stuck on "if you're calling one, someone else is calling another." Those are the cards I thought of first.
We get two in this one this is the creature versions of the izzt partners

COIN FLIP TRIBAL BABY!!!!
And a freaking legendary Homunculus? Oh yeah. This is it. I’m stoked.
Or, you could say I’m Flip-ing out... I’ll see myself out.

Maniacal Laughter ensues
Yes it does
and better than that it's said whenever a player wins a flip
So more mana crypts you draw like crazy.

They will always trigger their effect at least once.
And no, you don't have to attack.
The drawing is limited to winning a flip
You're not flipping against anyone but yourself.
Also Ral Zarek’s ultimate with these cards seems pretty good.
Sorry again, just too excited about these guys.
Oh you both loose depending on how many flips you do it's all the flip wins + 9 cards if you stop.
Panda for edh I smell chaos as the sub-theme for these two easily.
Damn.
