Cheering Fanatic1R Creature — Goblin (Uncommon)
Whenever Cheering Fanatic attacks, choose a card name. Spells with the chosen name cost 1 less to cast this turn. "Punch 'em, kick 'em, bite 'em, beat 'em! Burn 'em all and we'll defeat 'em!"

Fairly confident about this, but just to confirm. If by some means there were multiple copies of this guy on the battlefield, you could make the same name each time and have the bonuses stack?

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
I feel like the art direction has him as a fan of Sylvia/Khorvath, since he seems to have Sylvia's hat? Nobody else appears to be wearing that style headgear.

I saw someone point that out elsewhere. It’s really cute. Very Red trait.

He's cheering for the Last One Standing. Scratch that - he is the last one standing. But he's looking forward to the Thrilling Encore!

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Pointed out you can bluff by tricking them into thinking you have a Strength in Numbers esc cards in hand
Yep. Or have multiple names trigger.
This would look really good with Bramble Sovereign.
On phasing:
Two Score, Minus Two or: A Stargate Tail

That's kind of where I was going with that.
