I like Regna, the Redeemer i'll definetly put her on my Karlov deck, and the Demon is quite a bonus.
It's hard i'm trying to explore different color combinations but every year WoTC releases cool orzhov cards. Also i find quite hard to use these "Partner with X" as Commanders, the problem with them (compared to the regular partners) is that to work "well" you need the other partner.

It depends. Pir and Toothy definitely need to be out together to really be worth it.
Garm is a very nice way to protect Virtus, but the Garm-Virtus deck should be about Virtus getting in to their dome. So if you have other ways to keep the path clear (kill spells, unblockable spells) then you don't need Garm out. Garm is quite limited on his own, but not useless.
Regna and Krav are both solid cards on their own that work better with their partner. But you're way more likely to have a hand of support for one, meaning the other isn't immediately needed (but desirable for how they work). I'd say the wondertwins are the same, having Will and Rowan both is better, but having either one out is fine for a time. (Although the Wondertwins being walkers make them much easier to deal with in most formats.)
Krav looks like an almost auto-include in any Aristocrats Commander decks going forward.
Might as well include Regna if you're already in white. She makes tokens, something any Aristocrats deck would want, but she's probably too slow. Though both of them double as a tutor for the other.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
This would be a fun pair to build an aristocrats deck around. In fact, the demon looks plenty strong on his own. Being a repeatable card draw source and sac outlet are both strong. I am a fan.

I’m not a fan of the flavor here. The cards are cool on their own and the synergy in abilities is cool but WHY would this partnership ever materialize?

I think it's pretty brilliant. Another commenter said this, but mechanically they tell a cool story. A redeemer of lost souls protagonist, and a bloodthirsty demon antihero. Their goals ultimately align a lot since a demon is benefitted by reaping corrupted souls who would otherwise be competition, and the angel brings them back to light so they'd have some sort of alliance of convenience. But the angel keeps redeemed souls on her side of the board since she doesn't trust the demon not to reap them as well. It's really cute, and to make it extra spicy they threw in that the two are lovers. So maybe the demon is reaping those souls specifically to win her. Not because he's redeemed but because of some sort of lustful passion. And simultaneoudly it's an interesting selective acceptance of the wickedness on Regna's part.
The mechanics and flavor stored purely on cards tell a really elegant story with these two.

Used to be SCDL (small child doom lich) but I'm not a small child anymore so I had to make a new account. (Actually I just lost the login info)
It could be that Krav, despite his black mana nature, did something surprisingly altruistic, causing Regna to see some good in him. For an Angel, that would have to be a profound discovery, and such "I didn't know you were capable of that" moments can in turn inspire feelings of fascination and attraction. See virtually any film ever where Alice thought Bob was just a self-absorbed jerk for the first half or so, only to discover that Bob really is a nice guy at heart and has his reasons for acting selfish, maybe because he'd been hurt in the past (see Zootopia, the first example that always pops into my head). Such moments of vulnerability and discovery create bonds, and often lead to romance where none existed before (though UST certainly helps push in that direction). Maybe Regna and Krav had a similar moment of discovery, where they realized they weren't so different after all and began looking past their nature as mana constructs. Regna decided not to be as judgmental as most Angels, and Krav decided not to be as cruel as most Demons (his ability certainly reads as one of the nicer Demon effects).
On the flip side, maybe Regna decided to help Krav, like by healing his wounds. Krav, confused by this action, asked Regna why she would do such a thing for a Demon like him. Maybe she saw that he deliberately avoided people, rather than seek their corruption and exploitation like so many of his kind, and that he was hunted by those who saw him as merely another Demon. Krav found Regna's kindness intriguing, and decided to keep her around as the first source of joy in his life.
On the other hand, it could just be a sad case of Krav manipulating and possibly corrupting Regna, Joker-and-Harley Quinn-style. The interaction between their abilities even suggests such, in that the life gain that triggers Regna's ability comes from the death of creatures at Krav's hands (and if you play them together, those same tokens can then end up being sacrificed by Krav to continue the cycle anew, making him stronger every time).
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
In 2HG not being able to use the token Regna, the Redeemer creates for Krav, the Unredeemed was very frustrating. But overall this pair definitely helped my team go 3 - 0. That was the 2nd preview I played, the first one I went 0 - 3.

I agree about it frustrating to be unable to sacrifice the tokens. What's really frustrating is that no other pair (from what I can tell) is screwed over this way. They're all carefully worded so that they work just as well in allied decks as the same deck (and generally better, since you can cast them on the same turn).
What's even sillier is that regna has the "whenever your team gains life" wording...yet krav has the ability to target, so it would have worked just fine with "you gain life", or if krav only let you gain the life/draw the cards. So they're doubly-team-flexible on that half of the synergy. But regna can't target someone to create the tokens, and krav can't sac allied creatures (maybe that opens some weird rules problems), which is the team-related flexibility you want.
Kind of frustrating. They're both still bombs in 2hg limited anyway ofc.
The flavor is...that he can't slaughter her minions? He can kill his own stuff but not hers...who I would guess she would be protective of?
(It bums out me every time I think about this wasted card interaction. It's not like you can even abuse her ability multiple times in a turn.)
...but then he took a few steps closer to her, and she was like "nevermind, go ahead and slaughter to your heart's content. I can always make more anyway."
I got these in sealed and played them in the same deck to maximize their value, alongside the "blaring" warrior pair. The strength of Orzhov in an otherwise ally colored set is further inflated by the fact that white has the lion's share of the set's token production, which adds another layer to the reason why they want to be in the same deck. On the bright side, this pair is also one of the few in which both sides are equally splashy even on their own.

Also I was confused at why hes so huge in her art but less so in his. Guess he ate her warrior tokens
I can see that for sure with all of those tokens
i think you got confused there XD.
But sexual bonding makes a relationship better.
And maybe outside of Krav's eating binge, he's just a regular man's size. No pun intended.

The demon gets +1/+1 counters and will probably be bigger than the angel.

On phasing:
she brings friends to the party too...
somewhere, someone is writing a fanfic about these two cards that no one wants to read.
...anyway, as for the cards themselves i'll probably build them for edh, they do a lot of what i've wanted in that color combo
