......not colorless, seriously? They do remember what artifacts are in this game, right?
What...what are you talking about? Blue is, by a large margin, the best artifact-matters color.
Also, it's an enchantment. Outside of Eldrazi-specific ones (and there's only Eldrazi Conscription, last I checked), when was the last time you saw a colorless enchantment?
......not colorless, seriously? They do remember what artifacts are in this game, right?
Blue has the most affinity for artifacts, followed by red, and then white.
Think of it this way: Your average Joe can't code Python or the C family of languages, but he can use MS Office, MS Paint, and Firefox just fine, right? And he can make a Tumblr or export photos and videos from his camera to his computer, right?
That's how artifacts are. You can use them just fine, even in a BG pile, but to use them at optimal efficiency, you'll want "artifacts matter" cards, or some kind of odd synergy. (Mycosynth Lattice loves Aura Shards and Viridian Revel.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!

I'm actually aware of how the colors synergize with artifacts funny enough. the overwhelming majority of artifacts are colorless, it doesn't make sense to require Blue to play this card, especially when the effect is actually more Green. it should have been 5 color or colorless. more than half of the cards in the Antiquities set are colorless artifacts, it should not only been colorless, but required colorless mana. that's all.

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.

1) They haven't done colorless enchantments before (because that would basically make them feel exactly like ... you guessed it ... artifacts) and there's no reason for them to start doing them now.

This is very specifically and explicitly in the Blue color pie, and not at in Green's section. Blue searches for artifacts, instants and sorceries. Green searches for lands, creatures, or for arbitrary permanents. The I and II have been present on Faerie Mechanist, Chromescale Drake, Glint-Nest Crane, Neurok Familiar, and never once on green cards (only "all permanents" type effects). And the III is literally copied from Ensoul Artifact - or Tezzeret the Seeker.

None of this makes sense because both effects are blue and have been blue for a long time, green is primarily an anti-artifact color, and while most artifacts themselves are colorless, artifact support never had to be.
I think he's saying it's green because it's a 5/5. Which is how green is separated from white and red, +5/+5 would always be green because it's too high power for white and too high toughness for red. (And obviously red can get 5/5 tokens, but white very rarely does.) But it's an animation effect, not a boost or a token. Green gets land animation. (Every color gets some for their own basic land type, and if it's part of a set theme like in Worldwake.) White gets enchantment animation, and blue gets artifact animation.

Green would be the last color these effects would go into. Even black makes more sense, or at least it would if there were a Tezzeret connection. As is, blue is far and away the best artifact-boosting color.
It's... fine? Two digs into a 6th turn board pump is very good but each bit is conditional on having artifacts either in the top 5 or in play. So this is really dependent on your board state. That being said this thing in a treasure tokens deck seems like a lot of fun, turn 4 this turn five land and keep mana up for spell swindle.
In what universe? If you build a deck like that, and ever draw that hand, I will personally come to wherever you live, perform complicated acts of awestruck ********, then disembowel myself to escape the world that allowed something like this to occur and validate you.

Do you say that about every card that interacts with artifacts?
Seems fun. Maybe viable in Limited depending on the available of cheap utility artifacts? Glad it's not mythic.

Also works in an Improvise deck.
Saying this enchantment should be colorless because it mentions artifacts is like saying Vinelasher Kudzu should tap for mana since it mentions lands.

Which is funny because the I and II is not an especially distant cousin to Ancient Stirrings.
Well there's a big contextual difference between "grab a land or Eldrazi (or incidentally perhaps artifact)" and "grab an artifact."
