I mean, it is powerful. If there is some abzan self-mill legend-ramp deck, this can probably see play.
Heh. The classical abzan self-mill legend-ramp archetype.

That right there is replacing Living death in my Scion of the Ur Dragon EDH deck just on Principle of having all 5 Primevals and Timeshifted Primevals in it.

As you should it is an Epic Flavor Win.
It's a 10/10. If you have a deck like that, you can't not do it, it would be straight up criminal.

When I hit my 3000 post mark, I'm gone for good.
Stay reasonable, be mindful of your expectations and don't feed the trolls.
well "bring back all the dragons I dumped with Scion" is one of my strategies with the deck so I do it with Living death often enough, I just have to be careful with it cause others might have good things in the yard too..Now I can just go "ALL THE DRAGONS!"

Eh depending on your deck trading off "get opponents crap" for two less mana is a good deal, if I am casting that in my Scion Deck..I don't care about having my opponents creatures as I am probably about to just Alpha strike everyone.
I feel like I've seen you say this for every big removal spell.
While RotDR is likely better than this, it is also more expensive as far as managing and likely money goes. I think this is a good card in the right build. Heck, it's the only card that can mass reanimate Planeswalkers.

Agree on the count of the planeswalkers. I feel in certain control builds, animating several walkers at once could be GG.

Or GWUB so you get access to blue's mill spells.
I could actually see this seeing play in Commander, even though Sisay can't use it. Mostly for superfriends, but a lot of other legendary permanents are staples.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Oh snap why didn't I think of that
It resurrects all legendary permanents not just creatures
But anyway the best home for this would probably be O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami spirit tribal si de a lot of the spirits in that tribal is legendary
Actually a lot of dragons are legendary too so dragon tribal as well
Oh one last thing you all forgot something
Planeswalkers are legendary so superfriend decks can take it as a particularly legendary named Atraxa can take it
I feel like I've seen you say this for every big removal spell.
