A couple of mana dorks, a little self-discard, and you could get this to chapter III by turn 5 or 6, which would let you put the bomb you discarded onto the battlefield. Sure, that is slower than Yawgmoth's Vile Offering but you could use both.
I wouldn't trust you usually get 3 for 1 here. You're counting on your opponent to still have a card in hand a turn after you drop a 5-drop, despite them seeing a forced discard effect coming.
They way I see it, ~75% of the time the opponent will have no cards in hand then, though you may force them to rush a spell they might have played cagey with, or force them to play a land they might have held in hand as a bluff.
A telegraphed forced discard that happens a turn after a 5-cost-spell... is usually a big old nothing.
So, is planeswalker reanimation going to be a more frequent thing after this set?
And in black. Black has experimented with noncreature recursion in the past, as it goes with the theme (lands in Zendikar, artifacts in Kaladesh, none for enchantments in recent years tho).
I would imagine green gets planeswalker recursion to hand, white might get planeswalker recursion to the hand or to the battlefield with caveats about CMC or starting loyalty, and red and blue just get recursion of specific planeswalkers (e.g., "Return a Chandra planeswalker card from your graveyard to your hand.") in their planeswalker decks. (In the same way red gets Moggcatcher or Sarkhan's Triumph.)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
That art is marvelous. This is a lot of advantage in EDH, but is also really slow so I don't know quite how good it is.

Is this depicting when Bolas was masquerading as Sensei Ryu in the Time Spiral books?
I think this is the moment in which he was "released" from his Meditadion Realm.
I think that the word "Reborn" is being quite literal in this case, since when he got trapped in his real his physical body was dead, when his soul was released he was "reborn".

Well it depends what you are playing against. Many decks won't be able to play everything in hand within the next turn.
It's even possible to get a 0x1, but I think a 3x1 wont't be very hard to achieve.
I know it's reds part of the pie now, but please Wizards...please!
Some black ramp and I can fully relive my youth, updated for Modern play.
