A rare? Hm. The effect seems something that wizards would put on a Mythic (maybe the legendary sorcery clause keeps it at Rare). Either way seems like a cool effect!
In the post-mythic era, it seems as though unconditional or repeatable extra turns tend to be mythic and conditional ones tend to be rare. This isn't a hard and fast rule, but the fact is this card has an extra casting requirement which bumps it down. It's also part of a rare cycle.
An interesting setup. The Mirari Conjecture on turn 5, ideally something which will improve your position on turn 6 (or at least not make things worse), then let Chapter III resolve on turn 7 before casting Karn's Temporal Sundering (you did have a legendary permanent on the battlefield, yes? I certainly hope so.) to let you take two extra turns after this one (the one you are currently in)...if you are in to that sort of thing.
hrm...that's weird--there is some woman with a blue police call box over there who wishes to have a word or two with Karn. *shrug*
Bear in mind while you keep making disparaging remarks up there on your high horse that those users are the ones who still care enough about the Modern format to make their opinions known. There are many others like me who simply don't care to post anymore.
Bradley has been hitting it out of the park this set. As for the card itself, I'll probably pick one up for Yidris. He can do a lot with an extra turn, wants to be in play and cares about sorceries. Might be too slow for much else.

Extra turn for six does not amaze me. Sure, extra bounce, whatever. Does your take turn deck need random permanent bounce? Nope. Add the restriction that can make the card dead, I don't see anything exciting here.
The art is amazing, and one of the only things I would ever want to see in foil.
The card itself, however, is kinda janky. I realize that it would be almost trivially easy to go infinite if it didn't exile itself (hi Eternal Witness!), but it's just... bad by most standards. Sorcery-speed bounce is pretty weak, and stapling it onto a Time Warp doesn't feel worth 1, the self-exile, and the Legendary drawback. I guess for Brawl it will let you bounce a blocker and then get 2 attacks in with your Commander, but that's not the best thing ever IMO.
Yeah that is kinda my problem...Legendary Sorcery requires a Legendary to play and yet doesn't really seem to get much benefit. And no bouncing one permanent doesn't make up for the extra cost. Since getting value as cheaply as possible is rather a central tenet of the game.
They could at least staple Uncounterable and the ability to ignore tax effects on every Legendary Sorcery.
