Mystic Snake is one of my favorite cards of all time and definitely hits the nostalgia button hard - I played this card SO MUCH in standard/kitchen table when it was first legal and again in Time Spiral era. It doesn't really feel rare anymore especially in a Masters set, but always nice to see an old friend again.

They are both wildly popular cards that aren't worth a ton and should be easily available for casual. This makes them exceptional candidates for non-chase rares.
