So with all those Serra-references, is it legitimate to expect herself in DOM ?
Serra, angelic mother (5) 3WW
+1 Create a 1/1 white Human creature token with: If a source an opponent controls causes this creature to die, create a 4/4 white Angel creature token with Flyin & Vigilance.
-X Exile target nonland-permanent & all other permanents that share its name. You gain gain X life then scry X.
-10 You get an Emblem with: As long as you control a creature all damage that would reduce your life total to 0 or below is set to 1 instead.
Serra is kinda dead. Also, we already know the 3 PWs in Dominaria: Teferi, Chandra and Karn.
I don't believe we're certain of that (the PWs in Dominaria).
Jaya Balard is also a planeswalker and is getting a card (her art's even on a booster). We know Chandra's getting another PW deck, and while thus far the PW Deck headliners have generally appeared in the corresponding set, there's some indication that moving forward WotC will be changing that with regard to the Gatewatch members:
mrtitanic asked: I understand that you're now holding back on the number of Gatewatch planeswalkers in sets. Will this be the case for Planeswalker decks as well? I am worried that Jace won't get a second PW Deck like the others have. Even with his newest two cards, he's the least represented out of the Gatewatch. I built a Jace Commander deck and there surprisingly aren't a lot of Jace support cards, actually.
The Gatewatch will get more planeswalker deck presence as planeswalker cards than in set presence as planeswalker cards. That said, we’re making sure we let some non-Gatewatch members be in planeswalker decks too.
(Emphasis mine.)
So it's entirely possible that Chandra gets a new PW Deck (and PW Deck Planeswalker card), but doesn't appear in the Dominaria set proper at all (Thus leaving space for Jaya as the set's red walker).
EDIT: But yes, Serra is dead. We won't be seeing her card in Dominaria. However, this year's Commander set is apparently doing PW Commanders again, so there's a good possibility that we might get her there.

Would be nice to see J. B. as a PW, indeed. But if she's just mono-red, I feel like she'd be too similar to Chandra.

I'm not against more Commander Walkers, and would love for some two or three color ones, but I haven't seen anything about this. With the recent rule change regarding them being Legends, there's now even more reason to do so too.

Nothing confirmed so far. This is more a deduction based on the product page description:
"Choose your commander and carve your path to victory in this unique multiplayer Magic format. Call on powerful planeswalkers and deploy their signature strategies to make sure you're the last player standing".

So this is now confirmed fake after the big dominaria spoiler. There is only one card with Serra in its name and it’s an aura; there are only two cards with Sentinel in their names and neither are white.

Are all cards in the faq, or only those that need specific questions answered about them? In any case, yeah, this one would need questions answered, so it is fake.

We have a super-secret project associated with Dominaria that involves a fun new way to play Magic. We had already planned to talk about it, but now we can talk about it using Dominaria cards as an example. So, we'll call that a silver lining.
So, this card could be from whatever this new thing is from, maybe a new Explorers esque set?

Its collector number is 027/269 (or something close to that, it's blurry) so, no. It is in the main set, yet not in the faq despite needing to be, or fake.
So this is now confirmed fake after the big dominaria spoiler. There is only one card with Serra in its name and it’s an aura; there are only two cards with Sentinel in their names and neither are white.
It's confirmed fake for a different reason. The release notes say that all new cards are to be printed with a bar dividing the rules text from the flavor text, this card has nothing that I could describe as a bar, it uses the current layout.

The list in the FAQ isn't the full card set, you know.

Upon closer inspection there does seem to be a line between the Sentinel's rules and flavor texts that, even though it's blurry as hell, seems to match the subtle line on the revealed Homarid Explorer. Seeing both next to each other convinced me the Sentinel's real after all (since no faker could have known of the existance of the line before the leak happened).

I see no separation line in the blurry image. Also, even if there were a separation line, the spacing is way off.

I know. But its 132 cards include every card that might have had rules questions. This is absolutely a card that would have had rules clarifications necessary. ‘Dies during combat’ is an unusual clause. A FAQ would absolutely address that to make it clear that dying by any means during the combat phase triggers this - it does not need to be attacking or blocking and the death does not have to be from combat damage for it to trigger.

This isn’t Savannah Lions here. This is a card that would be among the FAQ’ed if it existed.
Ah, I see. Good point.
Also, I've been looking at the original image again, and while I still see the 'separator', I'm seeing similar lines on other parts of the card too so I'm probably seeing things.
So, um... Forget I said anything, the card's probably fake.

Cathedral Membrane and Mongrel Pack were issued clarification rulings for this exact clause. This would have too.
