Guys, a serious question now: when (more or less) will Kaladesh rotate out of Standard? And what about Amonkhet? I need to figure out in which of these decks I want to invest, and how I want to improve it to stay playable (and reasonably competitive) even after the next rotation... Or I could just get the one with the most value for Modern and play it there instead. Again, it mainly depends on how long these decks are expected to remain playable before they lose most of their cards to the rotation :/
Rotation is with the fall set and Kaladash and Amonkhet blocks both rotate out. Basically, all of these decks will rotate out in September/October. http://whatsinstandard.com/
I like the hazoret one, I have 3 now so a fourth would finish the playset, also I don't own any Chandras so one would be cool, if the price of the deck is about $35 then it's a great deal.
If it's $40 or more then it's not really worth it too much.
Chandra's price may drop to $20 a piece after these are released though, I believe now it's $30 a piece.
Of course all these cards will rotate in September so they are not a good investment unless you already have these decks and are looking for extra cards like I am.

What we really need is a set of decks like this for Legacy. If they intend on keeping Legacy alive, they must lower the barrier to entry.
I think that is a reason a lot of people are pushing Pauper. Its kind of known as Legacy-Lite.
Reserve list notwithstanding, the cost of a pre con Legacy deck would still be through the roof. Wizards isn't going to offer a thousand dollar deck for 30 bucks. So many punches would have to be pulled that it would emasculate the deck and would probably be pointless. I'd love to see more Legacy played but its probably last on Wizards list of priorities. I'd assume they may try Modern versions of these but would guess they would have a hefty price increase correspondingly.
Legacy Burn could fit, especially with the printing of new almost-as-good-as-goblin-guide 1 drops.
Are there *any* other tier 2 or better legacy decks that could be made into a deck with value less than $100?
A couple of reprints of the common/uncommon cards in manaless dredge could bring its price down. I think I'd have spent more on a playset of Street Wraiths before M25 than Chancellors.
