Well, this actually broke dinosaurs unless someone actually can answer and kill it. I'm hoping decks are packing at least some burn spells or something. It's possible to have 8 dinosaur rampers at 2 cmc with Otepec Huntmaster and Drover of the mighty. On turn 3, someone can basically double play two dinosaurs and turn 4 bring out Galta, Primal Hunger while still having enough mana to protect it against removal easily. It's basically a mid-range aggro deck and it's definitely a glass cannon, but there's very little one can do against it as the one mana removal that was designed to hit it only works if the player is under 12 life. Even then, they have the mana to protect it so that is kind of pointless. A 12/12 hexproof trampler is just about as good as a flier when the best defender someone can put up is probably a deathtouch 2/3, which still lets 9 damage through. Plus if they have the huntmaster on the field that is a 12/12 hexproof trampler with haste plus two more dinosaurs that likely are 2-3 power creatures, potentially with enrage.
I was building a few brews and was like "well this looks modest for merfolk, oh my blue flying men deck can go grixis and be pretty sweet, vampires are looking closer to playable, and... what the heck we just got done with electrostatic pummeler and now we got dino land ramp pummeler 2.0."
If someone doesn't try it, I'm going to be super surprised.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
For some reason I see that name and wish it was a better card. Mostly because I'd love to have seen a constructed deck with a card nick named "Snubby Sentry". Seriously, they have a vanilla pirate called Swab Goblin! Snubby and swabby are never going to see play outside filler.

How is this the card that broke dinosaurs? It doesn't even seem important in the scenario you lay out.
Also, where is the hexproof coming from in that scenario?

The idea is to cast Huntmaster turn 2 and then two of these turn 3 to reduce Ghalta's cost by their combined power - which it has even though you cannot attack/block with it.
Sounds like a god hand to me, but at least the additional land drops means part of it can be redundant with other cards like Drover. And as they say, you'll also have only one attacking threat for all of your trouble, so answering Ghalta is still a solution.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Oh yeah, I was mostly being sarcastic, but with blossoming defense and haste it's one heck of a beater if it goes off.

You quoted the part about where hexproof is coming from in this scenario, but didn't answer that...

Was supposed to quote the whole post, but the first line got swallowed by deleting the nested quote. Sorry, no idea on the hexproof. Maybe from an instant you keep mana open for to protect Ghalta?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

Unless you count Snubhorn Sentry.
Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
