Flying Sail Marauder1U Creature — Human Pirate (Rare)
Flying
Whenever this attacks, target creature defending player controls loses all abilities and has base power and toughness 0/1 until end of turn.
2/1
I didn't get it.
Why it turns a creature able to block it to 0/1?
The thing it turns into a 0/1 can't block it, since the 0/1 doesn't have flying or reach.
It doesn't mean I won't turn to 0/1 exactly that creature with flying or reach that able to block it.
The creature you target may not be a 0/1 since it states it's BASE P/T is 0/1. Any counters on the creature stay on the creature based on how the card is worded. The worst case you turn a big flyer/reach creature with counters to a non-flyer until end of turn and you can still fly over it. Still a solid card for a pirate deck in my opinion to sneak in 2 damage. Put 4 of these in and you could effectively disable their blockers or other activated abilities on a creature. In draft, I think this will be really good, but remains to be seen how it will fair in constructed since it is only 1 toughness and could be used to chump block.
Upon glancing at the title, I briefly read "Flying Snail Marauder".

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
"Dinosaur the size of a mountain? HMB while I turn it into an 0/1!"
Then I nuke and kill my choice of any god, any dino, etc (since it removes all keywords too, like indestructible). About the only thing impervious is Hydra, since it can be made hexproof in response. Interesting card.
My guess for the English name would be "Warkite Marauder". "Flying sail" is a good literal translation for "voile volante", but it is used to mean "kitesail", which is what they did for the translation of Kitesail Freebooter. "Voile volante de guerre", then, would "kitesail of war". That seems clunky though, especially when you also have to put "marauder" in there somewhere. So my guess is that it's a piece-meal literal translation of a made-up English word along the lines of "Warkite".
Rules translation checks out.
(Gotta say, though, this might just be the most hilarious French card name of all time. It's so drawn out. I think I shall henceforth refer to it as "Maraudeuse à la voile volante de guerre de la mort qui tue!")
love the complete flavour fail on this, why couldn't it just be a pirate who found some ancient artifact, what were they thinking
Instead its just some guy vacationing in Brazil, what is this
It's not a may effect... You must target something. If it's the only creature, it essentially can't attack. You're also putting your other creatures at risk as well. Probably easy to play around, but still something to consider.
Cool that you can Spell Queller something, attack, target your queller then bounce it to exile the spell forever. Probably not a common use for it, but things are things.
Run this thing with Staticaster and just eat things. The list of things this kills is actually kind of amazing. You can eat Wurmcoils for basically free, Ullamog must use one of it's exiles on this or it dies, and so on.

Is this Unstable art that got moved into Rivals?
Looks like it's controlling a hang glider with a dragon head at the front of it, that's also...shooting things out maybe?
I'd like to say that the pirate is using his magic to turn the dragon kite thing into a jet, but I don't see the wizard typing on it.

My thoughts exactly. I really hope this card gets elaborated on in whatever article, WotC isn't even trying with this.
