Abandoned Sarcophagus - 3 (Rare)
Artifact
You may cast nonland cards with cycling from your graveyard.
If a card with cycling would be put into your graveyard from anywhere and it wasn't cycled, exile it instead. Although long since dead, the banished dissenters finally took their vengeance.
Something tells me this deck is going to be dropping a lot of 4/4 artifact creature - golems for 0-1 mana and then going nuts with this colorless, permanent yawgmoth's will variant.

If a card with cycling would be put into your graveyard from anywhere but your hand, exile it instead. All that Grixis can offer you is used goods.
3/3
Hmm, very interesting. Lets you have your cake and eat it too, but just once. Although, if you're sneaky with bounce effects you can actually reuse the cycling and cast from graveyard effects. For example, Soulfire Grand Master with cycling instants and sorceries, or bouncing cycling creatures like Curator of Mysteries.
Viscera Dragger: I was cheat cycling before it was cool. And available to all colors for 3. And didn't automatically force exile at end of turn.
This also has interesting applications with New Perspectives and Hollow One. In fact, you can cycle Hollow One, then cast it using the Sarcophagus.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Abandoned Sarcophagus is really interesting especially with the old decree cycle. Such as cycling Decree of Justice then casting it the next turn from the tomb.
You forgot "world's narrowest" in your list of adjectives.

I am actually excited for this card. I don't know yet which direction to go with it, but being able to trade in an Archfiend of Ifnir early instead of having it clog your hand until you hit 5 land or being able to play toolbox cards like Scarab Feast or Forsake the Worldly seems good to me.
Seems extremely narrow, why not use a card that gives a spell flashback or just simply return the card from your graveyard back to your hand?
Flashback is only for instants and sorceries. As for returning to your hand, you can only get so much use per card (Wander in Death) unless the template is broken. This is the same template as Yawgmoth's Will (Restricted in Vintage), narrowed to just cycling, but on an artifact instead of a sorcery. This is probably nowhere near Yawgmoth's Will, because there is no cycling equivalent of Dark Ritual/Lion's Eye Diamond, etc. but that won't stop brewers from trying to do dirty things with it.
In Hazoret Commander, this could make Cycling spells very interesting.

This is incredibly interesting. Sure it may not be very good, but it will lead to some fancy deck building ideas. Seems like they could have let cycling lands come back as well, but that might be a little too good.
I dont know man, i feel like i rather want to play with cards that can bring back cards from the graveyard instead. The Amonkhet set got a few goodies to do that already
Huh, cool card. Real tension in it's design. I guess realistically most decks aren't going to reuse cards anyway so exiling if you don't cycle is hardly a drawback. Maybe it's that I'm too obsessed with recursion.

That's nice. You can dump your Cast Out on T1 and still use it on T4 as hoped.
