Kyodai herself or the Sisters on one card could be the Eminence Avatar. I suspect we'll get a RB All-Consuming Oni of Chaos which is a Demon Spirit too.
It'll be probably be Hidetsugu, the All-Consuming, if that was the case. I mean if they chose Michiko & Kyodai to lead the hypothetical Spirit Tribal deck instead of O-Kagachi, it means they want the decks to reflect the current state of affairs on the plane (and O-Kagachi's card is simply just to shut the endless chorus of "Why not O-Kagachi" they anticipated). The All-Consuming itself was a lot less known than O-Kagachi (I'm referring to the general audience of the game), plus he was promptly defeated and absorbed by Hidetsugu (who is a lot well known by said audience), I don't see any reason for the previous incarnation to be a card at all.
Alternatively if the last tribe isn't avatar (it's just a title for the leading card), Kyodai could lead spirits and Michiko, humans in separate decks, although I doubt they'll be that generous to Kamigawa lore (I'm even doubting the spirit tribal deck possibility at the moment for starters).
I think in that case it would be better for Kyodai to get a card alone as the Spirit leader (Michiko has her own) and we get an All-Consuming Oni of Chaos card. My Spirit deck is lead by Geist of St. Traft and has an Angel sub-theme.
My best bets are still on spirit and human/soldier/knight.
Because now I'm certain the choices are tribes that don't have a good legendary leader yet. Spirits by far have the most stuff but no tribal support legendary (O-kagachi has no spirit lord ability.)

They have Karador, Ghost Chieftain and he has a pretty strong synergie with Spirits! I am actually quite interested in building a deck around him.

So I am secretly hoping we will get BGW spirits.
Yep he's the best choice but no lord or tribal ability for the spirits is the problem and U is missing or possibly slightly better spirits than [mana]G[/mana
Esper or abzan works with me either way works for me. But witch-maw would be a dream come true (that's WUBG for those who don't know which 4 color that is.) but even if it's just three color O-kagachi is a safety net for that. I exspect mostly spirit tribal for his decks.

I'm not so certain about the soldier/knight part of the the human/soldier/knight thought. Soldier/knight falls in the same play-style area and colors (especially knights) as cats. But I can definitely see another small tribe rounding out the four.

That would be monk or avatar then. (Going by the theory)

Brimaz, like Kemba, Kha Regent, is a good provider, but they don't reward playing that tribe per se, and Brimaz works just as well in a Soldier tribal deck. Raksha Golden Cub has until now been the one true Cat tribal legend.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
The only way the theory of the other 2 deck to work out (spirit and avatar/human)
The cat deck needs to have a cat-dragon and a. Cat-spirit
And if spirit is in the mainmlegendary needs to be a avater and have a spirit dragon and a cat spirit
And human for these as well.
I immensely doubt avater tribal being a thing since almost in last place in edhrec deck list of tribals andnhas to be five-color by default due to 3 particular ones.
The one and only point I can give em is that wizards let that place accidently reveal cats on purpose to make us think they are the unexspected tribe but immensely doubt that too.
So I've noticed a lot of the new Dragon deck cards happen to be lore-based or story characters we've heard of but not seen in card form. I know they've made lore characters cards in previous commander sets; And maybe it's just a coincidence that the Dragon deck happens to have a lot of them.
But...
I started thinking about some other story based characters who also fit into some possible tribes. Maybe we can find some hidden spoilers! Here are some of the cards that crossed my mind:
Crucius - A sphinx from Alara was was said to have created Etherium. Not much is known about him because he vanished. Seems artifact based, but could also maybe be worked into a tribal card.
Arixmethes - A Theros "forgotten city" that is actually a Kraken or Leviathan. Probably pretty big.
Colfenor - A pretty old and powerful Treefolk.
Feather - An Angel in the Boros Guild.
Lord Windgrace - A leonin, or cat guy.
Anyone know any other story characters that fit a tribe?

The 4th Sister of Innistrad angels, black aligned and made pacts with demon, her and her flight were destroyed single-handedly by Avacyn. Since Sigarda mourned for her death, I assume the four angels had good relationship with one another even after the 4th Sister's ideal went awry. Maybe the pact were of peace instead of vile, but deemed evil by Avacyn in her absolute judgment?

I was thinking Lord Windgrace might be in this Cat deck.
Thraxes could be in the Dragon one.
I suspect Crucius would be in a future product if they do a UR Artifact Legend that has been heavily requested. He'd be the Sphinx PW with artifact abilities like Crucuius of Etherium or something.
Angels could be one of the decks this year, and I'd expect a Serra Planeswalker, Feather, and the 4th Angel Sister
I don't think they're doing Krakens this year sadly, but perhaps they'll do tribal decks again and we'll get Arixmethes as the Eminence commander or something. He's at least a 12/12 (could be a 10/10 with monstrosity or something, but Kiora remarks he is at least as big as Kozilek). IDK whether it's better to get him in Return to Theros or in a Commander product?
1) Taigam (16)
2) Arixmethes (14)
3) Yawgmoth (13)
4) Lord Windgrace (12) -tie
4) Fblthp (12) - tie
6) Feather (11)
7) Xantcha (10)
8) Massacre Girl from Ravnica (6) - tie
8) Archmage Jodah (6) - tie
10) Ashnod (5) - tie
10) The Raven Man (5) -tie
12) Tocasia (4) - tie
12) O-Kagachi (4)- tie
Looks like we're getting Taigam and O-Kagachi so far off this list. I see Windgrace as a potential here too.
I really want Human Wizards to be one of the decks and have Jenrik and Choryu - although they're FAR less popular than some of my other requests. If I could choose, I want Choryu to complete the Kamigawa cycle of characters without cards.
