Bounty of the Luxa is a really sweet flavorful Enchantment to say the least, and it's awesome to see it adds a "weird" amount of mana to your mana pool rather than a standard GGUG or UU you might have this card generate.
More great common artifact hate for the current standard format with Dissenter's Deliverance!
I was also hoping for one (or all) of the remaining gods to be revealed, still waiting for Bontu.
I do like Bounty, cool design and you get something every turn. Other than that, not much to say; really hoping they ramp up the spoilers for next week.
I'm confused on how this thing is worded. So do you draw first and then add the three mana or the other way around?
It likely won't help you cast Nissa's Renewal, and you'll get Ulamog on t8, because on turns 5 and 7, you'll be drawing a card since this won't have a flood counter on it. Unless you've accelerated this out a turn early, that is.
I gotta say, "add 1GU to your mana pool" looked so much more natural than "add CGU to your mana pool."
Bounty of Luxa reads kind of like some awkward Ice Age era cards, but it is pretty cool. Both of the effects are worth the cost, but since you don't get to choose when it does which, it's harder to use for ramping. It definitely seems like an EDH card.
Looks like they missed their chance to have a more complex cycling card with a higher cost where it said "When you cycle ____, destroy target artifact". Thanks NWO.
Well thats the least elegant wording I've seen, even if there wasn't a simpler way to write "Alternate drawing a card and getting mana each turn". The combination of awkward counter removal to alternate turns and the awkward timing of being precombat main phase instead of your upkeep in order to make mana that doesn't drain is just the worst templated card I've seen in a while
Looks more and more like Hour of Devastation is another revolt set where dissenters and past people who had been tricked by the promise of the trials reveal Bolas treachery.
Oh and that enchantment is weird and wordy.
Are we getting an enchantment block next?

EDIT: A bit light today, but cycling artifact destruction is fine, and Bounty of the Luxa is a cool design.

Dissenter's Deliverance is pretty good, but only because it has cycling as an option.

BChainer, Dementia Master(Big Mana/Reanimator)
BRRakdos, The Showstopper (Mass Life Loss/Ramp)
BUThe Scarab God (Zombie Tribal/Control)
BWKarlov of the Ghost Council (Life Gain)
BGJarad, Golgari Lich Lord (Stompy/Dredge)
BRGProssh, Skyraider of Kher (Tokens/Non-infinite Combo)
What does this say about the rare legendary cycle? Only ally colors this set?

You will rotate turns between Draw and Mana starting with Draw on the turn after you play it.

Damn okay. I wish it was the other way around because that would've been great for rampy decks to be at eight mana turn 5.
EDIT: I see I've been beaten to the punch!

10 of them are probably the draft uncommons.
