@Assasin_Guy Zombies confirmed for Amonkhet. Mummy as a creature type does not exist in Black Border MAGIC.
Also based on the size of that art, and the non-detailed leg portion, I'm calling that as Lilly' Planeswalker card for the set.
And after Hour of Devastation we don't see her for three to 5 years like Garruk or Ajani or poor Tibalt, the best red planeswalker.
I edited my post for clarity, thanks!
I love that Lily art, but it would be a shame to crop the mummies out to focus it only on Lily for her planeswalker card. Planeswalker art is normally the person just standing there with not much going on, so I'm gonna bet this isn't it.
There was a similar picture of her for original Innistrad lounging in a chair, but it wasn't her planeswalker art.
You sir are a gentleman and a scholar. I can't wait till I can play my bicycle land out, thus making me heckbent, while I have Nessie on the field. You know, so I can attack with my Pervert.
My hype for this set is so crazy right now. Also, thank god Jace won't be heavily featured on the plane (hopefully..the doubt is real though), at this point I don't think anyone's a huge fan of that guy at all, so bland. I feel like Lily joining the Gatewatch wasn't her trying to be a "good" character sort of thing or help the multiverse, I think she decided to "join" in order to lead everyone to this plane. A lot of people speculate about her one demon being here so it could be that, OR, maybe she's homies with Bolas or something? Maybe Bolas offered to bring her and the Gatewatch to Amonkhet to help defeat her demon, as a way for Bolas to defeat the Gatewatch. That could be dope. Also, I hope that in Hour of Devastation SOMEONE dies. I'm just hoping a lot outta' this set I think haha

There's no speculation, they straight up said Razaketh is on Amonkhet in Puppets.
"You should know. You've been there before."
She frowned, thinking of all the planes she'd visited. "Which one?"
Tezzeret tried to cough, but couldn't get any air out. He tried in vain to make sounds. "R— Ra—"
With an impatient sigh, she lifted her foot, looking for a different soft spot on his metallic body where she could grind in her heel.
"Razaketh," he gasped.
Every inch of her body was suddenly alive with a thrill of fear. Two demons remained who held power over her, thanks to the contract engraved on her skin. Kothophed and Griselbrand had fallen relatively easily, thanks to the Chain Veil. But the Chain Veil's power came with a cost, attested by the blood that still dripped from her skin and splattered on Tezzeret's face and chest. Razaketh was stronger than either of them.
She had planned to bring Jace and the rest of his precious Gatewatch to confront Razaketh eventually. But she had hoped to understand them better—to learn what they were capable of, to make sure she knew exactly what strings to pull and what buttons to press to get them to do what she wanted them to do—before she brought them to...
"Amonkhet," she said aloud. "He's on Amonkhet."
I don't think the "Liliana is a traitor for Bolas" theory holds much water right now. I really do think she joined just to get rid of her demons using the rest of the team.
As far as the colours of the Gods, I'm wondering if it will be influenced by the actual mythology.
If that's the case, then I'd say:
Cat - White (Maybe)Invokes Bastet, a nurturing, protective goddess of motherhood
Ibs (bird) - Blue (Definite) Invokes Thoth, god of wisdom and magic
Crocodile - Green (Maybe)Invokes Sobek, a god associated with fertility and protection from the dangers of the Nile
Jackal - Black (Definite)Invokes Anubis, variably associated with different roles relating to death, particularly leading souls to the afterlife
Cobra Red -(Maybe)Invokes the Goddess Wadjet who protected the pharoah's claim over the land, and the Uraeus cobra, said to spit fire on the Pharoah's enemies.

Well, damn! I'm behind on the stories admittedly, my mistake there. And agreed, she's definitely planning to use the Gatewatch for her own needs sorta' thing

- FEELIN' THE FRICK out of Gideon's new costume, they may have covered his luscious arms... but in return we get to see torso and legs! (Still praying for him this block though... I have this creeping feeling he might bite it in this block if ever.)
OH MY GOD, YES PLEASE... I might throw an Aetherborn-ish party (for myself LOLZ) if that ever ends up happening.
It's been a week or two since I read the last story, but IIRC, I think they were setting us up for a Jace-less set/block by pointing out that Bolas would easily rip Jace's mind to shreds.
Hopefully, I'm remembering that correctly.
The whole Gatewatch sans Ajani is going to Amonkhet. Jace probably won't get a card (much like he didn't get a card for Kaladesh or BFZ block), but he's definitely going to be on the plane.
And no, there's no mention in Renewal about the fear of Jace having his mind ripped to shreds. He only states that Bolas is a powerful telepath, and based on Eldritch Moon, that's probably why Jace is advocating he go. He can, at the very least, protect what the others can't.
Thanks. Sorry I couldn't check that myself. Working and that was a long story to re-read.

Not sure how I misremembered that so badly...
Because it was a few weeks back, the decision to go to Amonkhet is kind of boneheaded for everyone and Jace should know that, and that section was sandwiched in between the more interesting Yahenni parts. : P
Also based on the size of that art, and the non-detailed leg portion, I'm calling that as Lilly' Planeswalker card for the set.
That would surprise me.
It's a very passive picture and her face is in shadows.
I would think they would want one of the set's chase cards to have more dynamic art than this.
This seems more like a story piece to show how quickly Liliana has adjusted to life on Amonkhet.

Second: I don't think the crocodile is a god. He doesnt have the same gold mask look as the other four. As for the others I'd say the cat is white, the ibis is blue, the snake is green and the jackal is black.
Actually, looking closely, the croc's head is metal, and possibly a mask. Check out how the underside of his jaw is drawn.
I'm guessing WURBG, simply because you'd expect cats in White and birds in Blue more than the other way around.
The crocodile headed god is in reference to Sobek God of the Nile River, the Army, military, fertility and of crocodiles. However this could also be in reference to Ammit (eater of souls).
The Cat headed god is most likely in reference to Sekhmet, goddess of lions fire and vengeance. The best evidence to this is the "Seven Arrows of Sekhmet" which was an omen of bad luck and what's that one carrying? A bow.
It's pretty obvious that the dog headed god is a direct reference to Anubis, God of dead, embalming, funerals, and mourning ceremonies.
The Stork headed one is in reference to Thoth more then likely, god of the moon and knowledge.
The snake headed god is in reference to Wadjet, goddess of protection and who's symbol is the Egyptian cobra you see on the heads of the funeral masks of the pharos.
from these you can try and interoperate which is which but it's interesting researching their sources of inspiration.
In what universe? If you build a deck like that, and ever draw that hand, I will personally come to wherever you live, perform complicated acts of awestruck ********, then disembowel myself to escape the world that allowed something like this to occur and validate you.

Maybe you're on a larger screen and can see more thank can (I'm on a phone) but when I look at the largest, best rez version of the image I can find it seems pretty clear to me that it's neither. The top of its head has a clearly different color and I'm pretty sure it has a scaled texture that the bottom has doesn't have. Also there are gaps between the jaws that wouldn't be there on a mask. Don't get me wrong, it's it's weird as hell for them to show four gods and one not but the croc is so different from the others that I'm having a hard time believing that that's one of the gods.

Yeah, I'm looking at the art on a laptop. I can definitely see how a lot of the metallic shine would be lost on a phone-sized screen. But, trust me, the lower jaw and neck, at least, are gilded. The top of his head does have some kind of texture to it, but that's the sort of thing that could be sculpted into a mask. Same with the gap between the jaws you noted.
Either way, though, I will concede that the croc head is a fairly different design from the others, with only the bird coming close to being similar. It's an odd departure, too say the least.

We've seen Crocco before, in the art for the book (as seen in this thread.) The lower jaw is definitely gilded, the upper part not so much.
Obviously I don't know for sure, but look at the art. We see the horns from the same angle every time. Unless the areas are all aligned in a straight line with the horns, there has to be something up with their facing.
I wouldn't put it entirely past Bolas for them to make something in his own honor, and then enchant it so that it looks like he is looming just over the horizon, like he could show up and crush you at any moment.
So you're saying that Nicol Bolas has the same rules for presentation as Mickey Mouse...

It's because the plane of Amonkhet is entirely contained in the little floating ball between Bolas' horns....
