Revolt - At the beginning of your end step, if a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn, you may reveal the top card of your library. If it's a permanent card, you may put it on the battlefield. If not, you may place that card on the bottom of your library.
My first reaction is to think of it as a nerfed Lurking Predators, but it seems really, REALLY nerfed. Only once per turn, only at the end of your turn, and you have to jump through hoops to activate it as opposed to making your opponent do the work for you.
But with this you can hit more of these and lands and artifacts... which is awesome in my opinion. Very good with sac effects or bounce/blink. I'll be playing a lot of these, I think.
In the right kind of deck, that's one guaranteed extra permanent per turn you play. Unlike predator, if your don't include instants and sorceries, it's sure-fire and you don't have to wait for opponent. (A blue player can always wait for the right moment to strike.) It's better than lurking predator, IMO.
If you don't build around it, then it's a 5-mana do-nothing enchantment (not counting simply existing as an enchantment as something, of course). Revolt is a mechanic best used as a bonus, not as a primary ability, even if it is a powerful effect.
In EDH, Animar is probably the deck that could most easily trigger it, but the most streamlined decks already win before this triggers and even the more casual builds would be much better with Lurking Predators since the permanent bonus doesn't really matter to creature-centric Animar decks (which is most of them).

That's why it's a build-around rare that rewards you for doing the thing it wants you to do.
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.

I didn't specify it, but that line was directed more towards the revolt mechanic design for 60-card constructed formats (admittedly since I went back to analyzing the card for my own EDH decks it didn't flow very well)... I was mainly thinking of the likes of Fatal Push.
But you're not wrong here, revolt is an easily triggered condition with various other Commanders as well (in a rush earlier I could only analyze with one of my own), so this could find a home in those decks for sure. Other decks would prefer the likely-to-be-multiple-triggers-per-turn-cycle Lurking Predators, even at the cost of only being able to hit creatures (but then again, this is EDH, so why not both?)

Let's see...Shattergang Brothers, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, Ghave, Guru of Spores, Roon of the Hidden Realm...those are just a few legends that absolutely love this card. Play it in a deck without many instants or sorceries and you're guaranteed to hit something with it.
