I see no TM symbols on Atlazan or Conquest of Power. maybe they were made just for the survey to see if someone taking it would recognize the fake packs with real packs as the same game.

Looks like all brand new art. No way they would have gone through that much trouble just for a survey. Art is expensive.
I remember a post several months ago, I believe it was from Oblivioned One, that claimed that after Kaladesh would be Egyptian themed sets followed by going back to Ravnica. Anyone else remember this? Maybe I can find it in the archive.
So Ral wasn't here as a concerned member of the Izzet guild. He wanted to talk to Jace as a Planeswalker. "What is it, then?"
"An irregular planeswalk." Ral's mind paused, either to let that sink in or to come up with how to form the next thought. "Someone planeswalked away from Ravnica in a manner that was...anomalous."
"What? Who? How do you know this?"
"You've seen the clouds outside, Beleren. Don't make me do all the work."
"Project Lightning Bug?"
"There you go."
Jace furrowed his brow. "I thought that was shut down after we sabotaged the results."
"It was, officially." Ral's thoughts coiled in on themselves. Images of magically-created lightning storms and sensitive sensor mechanisms swam through his mind, along with memories of conjuring careful half-truths while Niv-Mizzet's hot breath bore down on him.
Jace couldn't help tilting his eyes to the side, to see Ral's expression. Worry lined the man's forehead.
Ral's mind continued. "The detectors still trigger when someone planeswalks. I glance over the results from time to time, but mostly I keep them hidden from Niv-Mizzet and most of my guild. I reached out when I saw Vraska's planeswalk."
Jace was deeply un-thrilled to hear the gorgon's name.
"She left Ravnica," Ral thought, "with no destination."
"No destination?"
"She didn't planeswalk to a plane. Only from one."
"That doesn't make sense."
"Exactly."
"A flaw in the detectors?"
Ral gave an impatient flick of his hand. "The experiment performed perfectly. The pattern of the departure was authentic, but the endpoint recorded as anomalous. Vraska hasn't been seen since. It's like she planeswalked into a void."
I wonder if this is a mash-up for Water World and Meso-American World from the short list the way India and Steampunk collectively became Kaladesh. The Merfolk in the Atlazan booster art suggests this, contrasted with the Indian-appearing female in the other.
Loving the art, across the board. Very happy to see that Ajani is sticking around. Though if this is true, do you know what the best part is? The fact that it would mean that Ravnica 3 isn't coming after Amonkhet!

One can only hope. Remember Amonkhet came after Kaladesh, so Ravnica 3 could unfortunately come after Atlazan. Vraska could be the lead right into Ravnica 3. And that, of course, would be terrible.
IF this is real, and IF we assume a vraska appearance would set up Ravnica 3.0, that seems very off. Why would Theros not be revisited beforehand when we've set that return up more than any other world? Why would we return to Ravnica before Koth and Phyrexian conflict is resolved. I'm not sure if this is real or not, but 3 new sets in a row and Vraska and Ajani both showing up again seems oddly timed.
Again, no idea if this is even real, but timing would seem odd.

I don't know who made the artwork, it does looked very basic, a simple palette swap really. But I can't place the 'Atlazan' package art.

StaffIt's probably because they are still in the "concept/subject to change" phase, so they haven't published final pack art for the last two.
Again, the brand new art makes a VERY strong case for the legitimacy of all four sets' packs.
