Talk about a must answer limited card. 4/6 if you take the counters, and by the time you cast him, you probably have at least 3 servo tokens/ artifact creatures you can leverage with. Seems great, though too slow for standard I would think. Also works great with the puzzleknot cycle!
MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Doesn't stop them from printing trash like this in waves until the end of time. The green one of these is booty too. In fact, I'll go so far as to say fabricate is among the worst mechanics (power wise) in a long time.

Fabricate showed up in FRF, Sandsteppe Outcast. I think a few other cards like it appeared also. It's not a bad mechanic, just the design space is being wasted on creatures only at the moment. I wanna man-lands with it that do relevant things with those tokens.
Graft could make a comeback with it too.
This card says, cast me when you have a ton of artifacts as 4/6 and thens ac themt o wint he game. Or, cast me as 1/3 and 3 1/1s to stopy ou from dieing for a turn or two. It's lim jank except in weird krak clan things.

Wanted -Zombie Foils and older expensive Zombie stuff. High Priority- Beta Z Master/ Int. Collector's Edition.
I wish this card had three instances of Fabricate 1 on it, rather than Fabricate 3 on it, that way you could pick and choose how much power you may want on it. After that I feel like this should have been 5 mana, but I guess that would get a bit nutty in limited then.
Still, it's 6 mana for a 4/6 vanilla that MAY do something.
Unless there's some BG artifact sacrifice deck in the format, it doesn't seem that impressive.
Im not going to call this a good card but it is much stronger than it looks. There are ways to raise its power aside from fabricate. This card can do real damage in the right deck. That deck may not exist yet but it can end games almost on the spot if it is used to its potential. Whether or not doing so is worth it remains to be seen.
There are some decks where this will not be as powerful as people want. I mean, just by itself, obviously it pales in comparison to something like captain of the watch or skeletal vampire, but if you can get rid of artifacts reliably then this is a beast. makes combat trickier for opponent too anytime you would trade an artifact creature

The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost. The true heart can tough the poison of hatred without being harmed. Since beginning-less time, darkness thrives in the void but always yields to purifying light.
I invision a future where one is not mighty when he can silence a crowd with brutality,
but when he leaves them speechless with wisdom.
A lot of cards in this set are just waiting for a free sac outlet, as there arent any in standard right now that arent once per turn. An atog would be the stone cold nuts.
Is he an artificer?
