How good this is depends entirely on whether red control is good in limited. If it's a thing, then this will end up being insane, especially if you can pick up some late Puzzleknots. If not, I'd probably stay away from it.

That was my first thought too... theb I realized that if you're playing this, it's probably because sacrifice is an upside for you. Run Puzzleknots and Filigree Familiar, etc. with this in limited.
Instant speed deal 3 is much, much stronger than sorcery. Big fan of this card. There will be good ones to sack I'll bet, in fact the finks type card into this is the dream

Oh, hell, I did not realize it was an instant. Forget everything I said, then.
Kills lumbering falls. Can be cast in responce to Avacyn to wipe the board of everything EXCEPT Avacyn. Works well off of Terrarion. Also 'when you sacrifice a clue' effects - which TBH red doesn't use a ton of. I can get behind this.
Cost is a smidge high (or damage is low) - but I guess being an instant makes up for that.
card is not bad... but with Radiant Flames and Kozilek's Return in the same standard, I really doubt this will see any constructed play at all.
Radiant Flames is only good if you are playing 3 colours (a limiting factor on it's own) and Kozilek's Return is only really good if you are playing Eldrazi and thus restricts the decks that are playable.
This card opens up the door for other red archetypes - such as mono-red - to have a board sweep it is so badly missing right now.
Seems good. Instant speed removal might be even more important than usual due to vehicles - an entire class of cards that dodge sorcery speed removal.
Wow, of course! The only thing that came to mind was lumbering falls, but yes of course it hits vehicles too. Not sure how important that is to constructed - but definitely a factor in Limited.

This is slightly above mediocre. Instant-speed, deal 3 damage is nice, even at 4CMC, but the condition of sacrificing an artifact makes it very narrow, even in a Standard environment that has Clues, Thopters, and Servos floating around.
I don't see this as a format-defining card, and I suspect we have yet to see the Constructed-pushed sweepers (aside from Cataclysm on a dude).
Well, the fact that it's instant is a selling point, and if you know how to make your Servos this could be handy (besides, your servos are going to die anyway). Nice, potential power uncommon.

I'm into this. Feels good that I can pull this as a solid uncommon. Instant speed makes it super viable as well, as it hits the new Hydra & that new mythic Angel & all her Servos. I'm definitely thinking about running a Machine Deck!
Works with cards that trigger when sacrifice an artifacts, or Clues specifically as they don't care how the Clue is sacrificed, just that a sacrifice effect put it in a graveyard. Instant speed board clearers are always handy, especially with Instant speed token creation still around.

I'd have been happier with another reprint of Sulfurous Blast. Though I expect servos and thopters will be common enough in this limited that if you're planning to weeniewipe you've likely got an artifact that was going to go down in it anyway.
Cards like this would make me want to play Vehicular Control. Play some creatures and vehicles early, then wipe the board with this and cast Start your Engines. Swing for the win. Both are uncommon, so they should show up fairly often.

I was kinda hoping the red gearhulk would be a sweeper of some sorts. Not that it cant be per say, but certainly less likely imo.
