I was wondering when this thread would get started up.
I do think you allocated too many artifact slots. This set will not be as artifact heavy as either Mirrodin block. I think a lot of the artifacts we are going to see will be in token form, as Kaladesh is focusing more on the inventors and masters of artifice over the actual artifacts themselves. There will likely be a higher number of artifacts than normal, but 50 slots seems like a bit much.
My estimated breakdown is:
1-40 White
41-80 Blue
81-120 Black
121-160 Red
161-200 Green
201-212 Multicolor
213-239 Artifacts
240-249 Non Basics
250-264 Basics
15 Mythic
54 Rare
84 Uncommon
115 Common

I guessed 12, 10 for the draft-archetype uncommons, 1 for Saheeli, and one other. They may throw a wrench in this but that's the fun of it!
12 is a good ballpark. They always throw each colour pairing a bone at least, plus a few extras (barring outliers such as Lashweed Lurker which was Simic's bone even though it was colourless.
240-249 Non Basics
Do you really think there are 9 non-basic lands that come before In in the alphabet? Seems a stretch.

I came up with this guess before Inventor's Fair was spoiled and didn't realize it had a collector's number of 247. That said there could be 7 non-basics before it, and there could not. It's a guess and that's part of the fun of spoiler season

I thought to myself, "self, how can ovalchase come after skysoviergn", then I looked at the actual picture of the ovalchase and it is actually #225.
That makes more sense.
Cards you're currently missing:
Aetherstorm Roc, #3 (I think)
Glint-Sleeve Artisan, #17
Tasseled Dromedary, #30
Aether Tradewinds, #38
Curio Vendor, #42
Speedway Fanatic, #132
Start Your Engines, #135
Terror of the Fairgrounds, #137
Cultivator of Blades, #151 Filigreed Familiar, #212 (that's my best attempt at the name, we only have it in Japanese at the moment)
Fleetwheel Cruiser, #214
Sky Skiff, #233
Whirlermaker, #239
Also, you've misspelled "Inventors' Fair" as "Inventor's Fair".
Also not sure why Saheeli's Artistry is in italics. Shouldn't that be bolded?
Also, the name "Chandra, Torch of Defiance" was indeed officially confirmed (it was mentioned in the announcement day video).
Moving on now to the speculative part of the post...
Some probable (artifact) card names from the website:
Perpetual Timepiece
Combustible Gearhulk
Torch Gauntlet
Tradewind Airship
Servo Companion (probably not this one, seeing as these are represented by the Servo tokens)
Named characters who could possibly be legends: (probably only one or two will be, though)
Pihu Laal
Tiyu Arrun
Eshan Baat
Ranbir
Ira Joshi
Kareem
Ritika of the Countless Gears
Neerav Soni
Himmat Neela
I have a feeling that the primary mana fixing in this set will come from artifact mana rocks. I am not expecting much in the way of lands, maybe some cool utility cards.
Um, out of curiosity, why isn't this thread stickied?

Just came up with a bold and slightly crazy prediction: Cavern of Souls reprint at Mythic. It seems to fit, good mana fixer, mythic means it won't break limited, lots of tribes in Kaladesh and the other standard blocks, and it would sell packs.
Whats the reasoning behind those rarity distributions? Isn't the baseline distribution 101 Commons, 80 Uncommons, 53 Rares, 15 Mythics? That's the distribution for SOI, BFZ, ORI, DTK, KTK, M15, GTC, and RTR. Every large set since the introduction of Mythics has used this or the older 60 uncommon distribution.

Honestly, I came up with numbers that added up to 264 and made some semblance of sense. Will I be proven wrong? Yes, undoubtedly.
Maro did promise that this set felt and played different, I wouldn't be surprised if they messed with the rarity formula too.

The numbers are due to the 121 card print sheet. 6*100 + 5*1 (a shortprint common) = 5 121 card sheets, 53*2 + 15 = 1 sheet. There is no reason Wizards would try to fit 122 rares onto 121 card sheets. There would be a completely new set size if they had overhauled their printing process, it wouldn't still be 264 or 269 cards.
Combustible Gearhulk, if a card, will likely be a red mythic. Some linked to the Kaldesh Consulate Facebook post mentioning 5 teams charged with creating something on a spectacular scale, likely meaning a mythic cycle with each color getting one

Good catch.
Pictures are attached in this post in the other thread
Glint-Sleeve Artisan - 017 (white, common)
Speedway Fanatic - 132 (red, uncommon)
Start Your Engines - 135, I think? Could be 133 which seems to make more sense. (red, uncommon)
Sky Skiff - 233 (artifact, common)
Whirlermaker - 239 (artifact, uncommon)
Of note, whirlermaker is probably fairly close to the end of the artifacts.
ETA: This tumblr post has a higher-res image showing Start Your Engines as definitely 135. Perhaps there's multiple "Speedway ___" cards in red.
Aetherstorm Roc, #3 (I think)
Glint-Sleeve Artisan, #17
Tasseled Dromedary, #30
Aether Tradewinds, #38
Curio Vendor, #42
Speedway Fanatic, #132
Start Your Engines, #135
Terror of the Fairgrounds, #137
Cultivator of Blades, #151
Filigreed Familiar, #212 (that's my best attempt at the name, we only have it in Japanese at the moment)

Some probable (artifact) card names from the website:
Perpetual Timepiece
