Love the flavor text on Liliana's Oath. And the art! These three cards have some of the best I've seen in this set.

3 mana oath. 3 mana walker. Protects herself reasonably well in the early game. Play oath and Lili on the same turn in later game for value. Nice goal to shoot for.
I'm no spike but Liliana seems very powerful! She is a three mana plays walker who +1 is both defensive and offensive.

“There are no weak Jews. I am descended from those who wrestle angels and kill giants. We were chosen by God. You were chosen by a pathetic little man who can't seem to grow a full mustache"
"You can tell how dumb someone is by how they use Mary Sue"
The oath is probably better than Liliana herself. Such a disappoiting planewalker. I will hold my horses because 3CMC is always a good margin for a planeswalker, but she looks fairly weak. The second ability being a 'raise dead' is the only reason at all that she might see play, but if I would have to guess I say that she is unplayable.

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Liliana is ....ok? It's clearly not the previous version, but it may have a home in Grixis shells. Can help stall out, and the diet Tasigur ability can fuel delve and maybe regrow a delver or Taz himself...seems fine I guess.
Her oath is quite strong tho

The "Crazy One", playing casual magic and occasionally dipping his toes into regular play since 1994.
Currently focusing on Pre-Modern (Mono-Black Discard Control) and Modern (Azorious Control, Temur Rhinos).
Find me at the Wizard's Tower in Ottawa every second Saturday afternoons.
Oath of Lili is pretty good. The flavor text made me laugh hard.
Not hyped about the actual walker though.
+1 reminds me of Baby Jace with the upside of killing X/1s, it's alright.
-2 is cool. card advantage. in most zombie builds, better than -2: draw a card.
-7 is not really that powerful... kinda win more... and VERY slow to get going.
at the end of the day, I guess she's a lot worse than Liliana, Defiant Necromancer, but I've been wrong a lot about planeswalkers...
Liliana , The last hope. is disappointing to me, it's nowhere near as good as LOTV. The oath is ok it's basically a 3cmc Cruel Edict.. I would have preferred the Edict ability on the Liliana , The last hope.
At least we got a 3 mana Lili even if it isn't that powerful. She'll be useful, she survives after bring back your best creature from the graveyard and later on in the game because her cost is low you should still have mana to then cast that creature.
3 for 3 Lili is definitely a surprise, although not that busted as Lili of the Veil, but still solid enough. Oath is good and now we can make the superfriends deck.
I like how She can use Weakness All turns Soo that attacking becomes way easier than usual, sad that i think most agressive decks prefer a creature Over her
Man...:/ Not that Lili is bad, I know that three man's walkers almost never are but shes... disapponinting. I hope she wasn't intending to be the last hope of anything other than Innistrad. Since shes probably not strong enough to unseat WG and Bant from the top of the tournaments.
Her +1 has so much value. Either it kills your early drop or it stops it from doing anything. Advocate doesn't die but it sure doesn't do much else until they hit the requisite lands either. She also lives through Avacyn, new Gisela, thought knot, reality smasher, etc. Pretty much anything 5/X or below she stalls for at least a turn solo. She stalls or kills every single 1 and 2 drop( even key 2 drops like reflector and the like) in standard. Company is by far her worst enemy but she's so cheap it's easy to cast her and have counter mana up. She is the zombie planeswalker everyone wants for those tribal zombie decks due to her - and ult. She's not what I expected but she's incredibly well designed.

She does generate tokens, just a bit slow.
She looks alright in control shells though, kinda like Jace, Telepath Unbound. Or they can just be on board together and slow big guys down.
