EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?

Having the tutors at mythic is nice. Less chance to open them in draft where you'd be almost forced to take them for value when they suck in limited.
How bad is two copies of your bomb? The ability to search for a bomb, removal, or a land to get out of color or mana screw? Vamp Tutor still seems solid in limited.
How awesome is drawing a card that doesn't affect the board when your bomb is already in play?
I was exaggerating, tutors don't suck in Limited but they are definitely not high on my priority list.
Its also card disadvantage. When tutoring for any card (and more importantly, not revealing it) at instant speed, card advantage matters little, unless if course you're playing a deck without a combo.
Playing vampiric tutor in a draft may seem like a good idea, but unless a combo archetype is easily draftable its not that great. Playable, but not "two copies of your bomb."

I mean the ones you guys want are sorcery this is instant speed so you can do this as a "before your end step" move
And it's one of the those decks with life gain this will be immense in.
