At the moment, it looks as if "Multicoloured" in this set is taken as being hybrid and traditional multicoloured all in one, and each colour pair will get one multicoloured rare and one uncommon. If 217 and 195 are both multicoloured, then the last mythic could be a third multicoloured mythic.
I suspect the last mythic is going to be a card virtually no one cares about, so Akroma or Baneslayer as a reanimator target seems fairly likely.
Linvala (who I was hoping for) or a rarity-shifted Land Tax would be significant enough to warrant a spoiler.
I'll be interested to see if anything at all of note is spoiled today. They held back a few solid reprints (Stifle comes to mind) when they released the full Conspiracy spoiler two years ago, but MM2015's full spoiler release was pure jank.
well, they still can get out an article with the last mythic preview and the full spoiler in the same day, i don't know how this was handled on previous spoiler for limited relase like this

So for lands, it looks like rishidan port at mythic and all the filters as rare. It all fits if i am correct.
Sorry if this has been mentioned already
It fits, but I will still be very surprised if over half of the remaining rares are lands.
I would expect a common or uncommon cycle of lands for limited fixing. A downgrade of something would be neat, but I don't have high hopes. MM15 had the bouncelands.
It has been a while but I want to say on the previous ones they did have some value in the "here is everything else" but I can't remember if it was anything of major value.
The trouble is that the numbers are very much suggesting that the Filterlands are in as they fit perfectly and so does Rishadan Port. There are 11 slots, meaning 10 fetches and another mythic (likely Port). No other land cycle that would even remotely matter seems to fit alphabetically (Zen fetches, Vivid lands, Shocks, Odyssey lands). Except for possibly the Hideaway lands and 6 other randoms. That's about all I could see it being though given the current reveals and the numbers left.
If they DO hideaways and 6 randoms, I'd expect to see maybe the zen manlands at rare (Celestial C, Ragine Ravine, etc...) or the original Urza-block manlands at uncommon (Treetop Village, Fairie Conclave, etc...), but I'm not sure if that would even fit at this point.

As was said by JovianHomarid (and others before, such as myself), there are a lot of smaller c/u cycles that also fit, and that is more likely given that this is a set that is at least designed to draft (regardless of how it's been marketed). Having no fixing at common/uncommon would go against modern set design.
In Shadows over Innistrad (not the same kind of spoiler season of course), all the rares were spoiled except for 3: 1 limited bomb (Slayer's Plate), one Werewolf (Geier Reach Bandit) and one big standard player (Cryptolith Rite). The last one is one of the most valuable rare in SOI and will probably be included in many EDH decks.
If they DO hideaways and 6 randoms, I'd expect to see maybe the zen manlands at rare (Celestial C, Ragine Ravine, etc...) or the original Urza mandlands at uncommon (Treetop Village, Fairie Conclave, etc...), but I'm not sure if that would even fit at this point.
My bet is on filters and port
The WWK manlands don't fit. There is no spot for Lavaclaw Reaches.
Also, I think Rishadan Port would have been one of the very first cards spoiled if it was going to be in.
The WWK manlands I would expect to either be in standard or in another modern masters set. People should of tempered their expectation of modern legal cards with value in this set a long time ago. Those will be saved for standard and/or modern masters.
The Vivid lands, as well as the Tempest fetches, both still fit. My money's on the latter, given that some haven't seen modern border yet, and that those that have do not have foils. But we'll know shortly!

Tempest fetches? are you messing with Mirage slow-fetch? Tempest has a cycle of slow-painlands
