Which leaves my eyes firmly fixed on 70. Come on Wizards!
Wouldn't it make more sense for Jenrik to be in the set named after the moon?
Probably. I did consider that. Especially since that's when Tamiyo is presumably appearing as well. I figured Jace would pay him a visit though, to acquire her journal (which Tamiyo put together in Jenrik's Tower).
So we now have Mythics in R/G G/W R/B and R/W and potentially a B/W with Sorin I'm having a lot of trouble predicting what's in multicolour this set. I do think the draft uncommons are going to be off colour Madness costs much like Flashback had off colour cards
Madness looks to be centred in certain colours, with what we've seen so far -- and even if every colour gets a bit, the presence of enablers definitely varies pretty widely between colours, which would make using it to define all the archetypes pretty problematic. Like, we've seen multiple discard enablers in UBR, but zero in white and only Pack Guardian (which only hits land) in green, so I doubt those colours will be able to trigger madness as reliably.
My current guess is that there'll be off-colour activations in a broader sense for the 'archetype uncommons' -- some will almost definitely be madness, but others not.
No mono green mythics spoiled yet. It has to be two werewolves and and/or legendary humans.
Can't be werewolves, we've seen the rare/mythic checklist card and the one green entry is accounted for by Sage of Ancient Lore. I suppose it's theoretically possible there's a third checklist card but I think it's super unlikely both because there's plenty of room for more names on this one, if it were needed, and because that'd be a [em]lot[/em] of DFCs.

Maybe it's a werewolf that doesn't flip, kinda stuck in his "afflicted" form.

Tolovar, based on lore, is known to never return to his human form. Now, if he becomes a card he likely will be RG. There could only be one mono-green mythic as wizards has cared more over making sure each color is represented equally as much as possible over mythics (though this is not likely the case here, see edit)
EDIT: Given the cards spoiled thus far, and only using "day" face of DFCs we have:
White - appears on 4 cards
Blue - 3
Black - 3
Red - 4
Green - 2
Going on the assumed 18 mythics we have 6 left to be spoiled. Sorin will likely be WB giving white 5 and black 4. I theorize the following to be the final five mythics: RG single side legendary werewolf G elemental of some form UR Fallen Bruna RB Fallen Gisela G Legendary human opposed to angels
I did that way because we have 7 uncommon DFC's already. If there is only 8 that means green or red has only one uncommon DFC which seems unlikely given those are the colours DFC are focused in. White has two uncommon DFC's so 2 to 1 uncommons to commons makes the most sense.
Meaning either
A. 270 is a land.
OR
B. There is no Cycle of rare lands. (
B is confirmed if any more lands outside such a cycle spoiled, or if 170 is spoiled as an artifact.

Decks: Standard - Rally, Modern - Kikichord, Legacy - Elves
Commmander - Eight-and-a-Half Tails; Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker; Prime Speaker Zegana; Alesha, Who Smiles at Death; Daxos the Returned; Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest; Patron of the Moonfolk; Animar, Soul of Elements
Newly-spoiled Vessel of Volatility (189, which is a number currently entirely missing from the list, actually) seems likely to be part of a cycle a la Fonts or Seals.
48/96 (moving Uninvited Geist up a bit in speculated position)/143/ 189 /238 maybe?
Also, it being 189 confirms for sure that 190 is where we'll see Village Messenger
It looks like the uncommons are going to be off colour activations like Olivia's Bloodsworn
The Mythics roll out like this 2 mono white (I'm counting Avacyn as monowhite because you don't need any other colour of mana to play her) and 3 Multi
3 Mono Blue
2 Mono black 2 Multi
1 Mono Red 3 Multi
1 Multi Green
I think it's safe to say there should be at least two Mono Green Mythics and 1 Mono Red. As for the other two, The Gitrog Toad could be Mono Green or Blue/Green (if it is a sea god) Black/Green is also possible. If it is Mono Green we could see a Blue/Black Runo Stromkirk. I do think the last Mythic is what Ever Nahiri is supposed to summon with her ultimate, whether it's the moon becoming an creature or an insane artifact, or (God help me,) Emrakul

I do think there is probably a cycle of enchantments that sacrifice itself I don't know if they will all be called vessels though so until I see another card to make the change I'll leave it where it is. ETA Blake confirmed it's a cycle so I'm gonna assume vessel of.
With Silverfur Partisan and the Zombie Giant can we guess at a possible cycle of rare tribal token makers (red being Vamps, White Spirits, and Blue...?)

I think we're assuming a lot expecting to get a cycle of rare duals in this set. The fixing is already very good and we are transitioning away from a multicolored environment. The uncommon lands is what we get.

Humans white and spirits blue I would assume, that would be the classical tribal cycle for Innistrad in correct colors.

Can't be mono-green.
We've already seen most of the Rare/Mythic DFCs. There was only one Green Rare DFC on the list, and that was Sage of Ancient Lore / Werewolf of Ancient Hunger
As it stands, we're just waiting on the other white DFC, the red rare DFC (which could be a werewolf), and a possible Land DFC.
My current guess is that there'll be off-colour activations in a broader sense for the 'archetype uncommons' -- some will almost definitely be madness, but others not.

Pretty sure two were officially confirmed, plus the other reasons you gave.

Because we've got 13 via:
Archangel Avacyn / Avacyn, the Purifier
Descend Upon the Sinful
Geralf's Masterpiece
Jace, Unraveler of Secrets
Startled Awake / Persistent Nightmare
Mindwrack Demon
Relentless Dead
Wolf of Devil's Breach
Arlinn Kord / Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon
Nahiri, the Harbinger
Olivia, Mobilized for War
Sigarda, Heron's Grace
Sorin, Grim Nemesis
So, either we know the last two are Bruna and Gisela, or they aren't getting a Mythic this set.
