unimpressed about Chandra. 6 CMC? whatever happened to Red being the color of speed?
I believe it was Sam Stoddard who said that they are trying out expanding what Red can do. Part of this is removing power from its burn spells, which is why we don't have a Lightning Strike variant in BFZ, and trying to push more of a Big Red deck.

Not just usually; the magic rules say that if a controller isn't specified it's the controller of the effect that gets the token. It's no different than Raise the Alarm.
But that most likely isn't the CARD Geist of St. Traft... I mean, it clearly is the same CHARACTER, but I imagine that massive sword means his abilities will be different.

Eh, looking at that picture, it most certainly only has one keyword ability, most likely hexproof, and it has one triggered ability that does something with a 4/4. Odds are it's the same card.

Considering that Duel Decks have consistently been "Reprint vs New Card" for a while now I have little doubt it's a reprinted Geist.

Geist reprint was unexpected and crazy, but awesome all the same. My original Innistrad one will always be my favorite though.
