So stoked. This to me is the first dedicated UR chaos commander (since perhaps Jhoira, if she counts - her chaos decks are not her full potential though, as I'd opt more for combo with her, although they're doable...).

I'm pretty sure they get it, but the thing they get is 'you UR players like Niv--here are more variations on cool Niv mizzets'. I think the Goblin guy is so ******* sweet, personally.
Given that they've printed nothing but new staples for every color deck in commander and filled in a lot of gaps that were missing c15 (soul sister commander!) is looking like a 99% win.
The only thing I can think of that the community really wants is a legendery spider/wearwolf and an artifact commander in UR (who may still be coming sheesh)
Also a Boros commander who isn't just "smash face." I love my Jor Kadeen deck but let's face it, Boros needs better stuff.
Still, I like Reliquary Stone, and Arjun has a sweet mane of fire, so it's not a total loss.

Arjun is interesting. Really it just feels like most of the hate is from people crying over not getting an artifact commander, which honestly I don't see why there should be one. I just don't think "artifact" when I think UR.
Reliquary Tower on a rock is a clean design, but I can't imagine wanting it over Reliquary Tower itself, nor would I ever want them both together.

Gotta be careful with that one. If you cast a spell with just 2 cards still in hand, you'll draw four cards. Then cast one of those cards, you'll draw 6 cards. Then 10, then 18, then 34, then 66. If you are trying to storm off, you will draw your whole deck after casting 7-8 spells (which is generally not a high enough storm count to win off of) and you will lose...

Well, he aint what people wanted him to be, but all things considered I would say Arjun is pretty cool. Nice art, fairly unique effect.
I guess it makes him kind of a cool Chaos-type commander? I think I would still pick someone else if I was building that style deck.
Reliquary stone might have excited me in the past, but it seems like there are so many mana rocks now I just hardly notice new ones unless they are crazy. Its good and cool how simple it is, but still..meh

My thoughts about Arjun: The card screams to be used with cards that fill oyur hand with cards you don't want, e.g. Land Tax or Life from the Loam. Especially dredge seems extremely good with him. But there are no such effects in Izzet that I can think of right now. So, meeh!

Huh. Arjun's not quite my style, but I can't say that he doesn't look fun. And Mindmoil does seem like a fitting effect to put on a UR Sphinx. Wonder what sort of support cards for him will end up in the precon?
