Just kidding, this card is great. Good body and strong ability. Although assuming you get this out on turn 6, the ability might not be as relevant then. It just needs to trigger once to get value. This card makes all the dorky 5-6 mana landfall rares even worse (I didn't think that was possible).
More steaming garbage piles from this set. How many lands is you opponent forced to play after you just dropped a 6 mana card, that has no protection and no evasion for beating down. It blocks ok, but unless I ma cheating or ramping this in it is awful.
Umm, Sire of Stagnation...punishes landfall lolz I like this card and so will U/B/W esper lists. This with Awaken Cancel ... + dragons and Jace's, yikes.

Ugh, yeah, looks like UB control found their win con. Just drop it with counterspell mana open, and force the opponent to stop dropping lands.
Well, considering you need 8 or 9 mana for that play, your opponent probably doesn't need to play any more lands. I'm not sold on this one, it could be just a vanilla 5/7 for 6 quite often.
Seems pretty solid when resolved. It's not as good as Consecrated Sphinx or even a Titan, but very solid. It won't catch you up when you're behind much, but if you've ramped into it and you're ahead it can make things pretty tough. (I'm considering standard.)
This card isn't amazing by any stretch of the imagination but it does show me that this set has a pulse.
Ooh... I love this. Causes opponents to consider every land drop, otherwise it's an instant plus 2 for you and potentially more fodder for o-sower, fuel for other eldroozi

seems much more like 4UB
"Your opponent's can't play lands"
5/7
than anything else.
it's probably not that good... it's NEVER going to trigger, unless you opponent has a very good reason to let you trigger it, or you have a way to force them to have lands entering the battlefield.
if it was a 0/1 for 1UB then it would be completely crazy. lol.
still, very interesting card.
even if it doesn't get to see constructed play, it's a pretty good mythic.
it's a card that actually makes you think, it's interesting, crazy effect, powerful.
that's what mythics should be all about.
it's not impossible for it to see constructed play though...
It is probably too slow for standard. Requiring your opponent to continue running lands out after turn 6 in anything but a control mirror is a bit optimistic. In particular since you usually don't want to cast this until you have protection up for it which means it's coming down even later than turn 6.
Still, an interesting card and a good way to fuel the processors which was sorely needed. And who knows, it might be a decent sideboard card if control mirrors become commonplace and people are boarding out removal/expecting to go late.

If only it cost 4 or something. Well, Eldrazi lands I suppose.
Gives new value to Ghost Quarter.

Where is the mill here? Exiling two cards isn't mill, it's Processor-fuel.
This is raw value, no milling to be seen here.
Eye of Ugin + Eldrazi Temple says it does cost 4.
Great card, not too sure if it's too slow for standard (out-sped by Dragonlord Ojutai if we disregard color pairings).
Now, excuse me while I head to the EDH section to rant on how annoyed I am that it isn't in Animar's Color Identity.

Shame I scrapped my Phenax EDH deck. He would have loved this guy.
