Ok, Ugin's Insight is ridiculous. Something like scry 4 and draw 3 is pretty good, and it's not really hard to accomplish. And getting something like scry 7-8 is insane, especially if you draw three afterwards. At it worst, it's never going to be terrible. Simply drawing 3 for 5 mana isn't the worst deal.
Makes me want to play a fetch, crack it and drop another land and play Assault Strobe on some cool unblockable creature.

STOP using "dude/bro" as a pejorative or insult. Grow up.

Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Martin Luther King Jr.: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
I think Sphinx's Tutelage decks will like that draw spell. Nothing like fixing your next several draws while triggering Tutelage three times (six times with Alhammaret's Archive out)
Wasteland Strangler is removal on stick, low-costed, seems effective.
I like how this only requires "processing" one exiled card, not two. Much easier to trigger. One complaint... say it with me now... WHY IS THIS RARE? Please do not tell me "because limited." These effects have almost always been fine on uncommon creatures, and I would think that would be even more the case here, where it can't kill larger creatures and isn't and evasive body either.

Nah, it's got tentacles pulling it along and a bony no-face, definitely Ulamog.
Jace's Ingenuity isn't a sorcery. The scry is only relevant if you have nonland permanents, so this would be a slow Ingenuity in the decks I want to play. If a deck can leverage the scry, that makes it much better, but they're very different cards.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
Sorcery speed hurts, but imagine Scrying 8 with an Ugin on the board
Reprint Stasis!

The Retreats all look pretty decent and fun to play.
I'm not Vorthos but that gave me a little tingle.
Drawing 3 at sorcery speed isn't that cool but the super scry ability means it will probably be playable.
Also, Retreat to Coralhelm makes Green Blue ramp look really good. Could be really dumb if they print another creature capable of making 2 mana.

Retreat to Hagra has me thinking of a Dredge/Loam deck in Modern...

Edit - Ingenuity is instant-speed, Insight isn't, I derped.
Nah, it's got tentacles pulling it along and a bony no-face, definitely Ulamog.
Ugin's Insight is a clear bridge to the plot of Oath of the Gatewatch. Not a bad card, either.
