Counter target creature spell with converted mana cost 4 or less. If that spell is countered this way, exile it instead of putting it in it's owners graveyard.
I can see a devoid permission deck coming. Use control spells that exile things, use processors to make use of said exiled things to create more control.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
I totally thought that this countered any spell CMC 4 or less and lost my mind. Then I reread it, and it's still okay. Will definitely see play (at least in standard), especially considering it hits Siege Rhino and Mantis Rider.
Not amazing, but pretty good in a Standard with lots of graveyard interaction. Relevant in EDH, too, though there the mana cost issue makes it more questionable.

Too unreliable in EDH. I mean, EDH isn't totally the fatty-fest that it's made out to be when done efficiently, but this still misses way too much in the format.

The extra condition just kills it. Maybe it's sideboard tech against mono red or something.
If standard is losing Whip anyway, not sure how important the exiling is going to be. It's too bad the noncreature colorless cards can't be revealed for Titan's Presence, otherwise I'd say the two could be best friends. I'm not really sure how much relevance devoid has on a counterspell... none?
Jori En on flavortext! That makes it all worth it. Means there's a better chance she's still alive for the plot, and that means a better chance that she'll get a creature card. Fingers crossed.
(Art is sweet, name is sweet. The card itself is a narrow counter that fuels processors. Can be a 1-mana counter with Herald, so that's something, I guess.)

If you need a way to enable exiling shenanigans, I can think of worse options. Breaking up Den Protector chains seems like a thing worth doing. Cool name, too.
Yeah,if this hadn't specified creature spell this would be arguably better than Counterspell in non-rotating 60 card formats.
It would have been absolutely been better than Counterspell in Legacy/Modern if it didn't have the creature clause. People don't play cards that cost more than 4 in those formats unless they are cheating them into play.

Devoid will be relevant, and the fact that it exiles is also very important in many instances. This could see some sideboard play.

I was hoping that art would be on a card.
EDIT: Actual playability of the card...not my area of expertise! Not really a blue player. Persimmon decks ain't my jam.

Awesome card. Even better art.
The name is absolutely terrible however
UTeferi, Temporal ArchmageU's prison: blue is the new orange is the new black.
Mizzix Of The Izmagnus : wheels on fire... rolling down the road...
BSidisi, Undead VizierB: Bis zum Erbrechen

GYisan, The Wanderer BardG: Gradus Ad Elfball.
Duel EDH: Yisan & Titania.

Exactly what happened for me too haha! I was shocked at first thinking of how powerful it was.
Modern Warp / UR Control / UR Storm / Naya Breachshift / ElectroBalance

It would be a blue Abrupt Decay. I think it would have been fine for standard/modern, but I'm probably biased.
