These all seem decent. Ulamog's Nullified might even be Standard playable if the Ingest deck is able to get there. Roll Spout is also pretty decent, the Awaken cost is reasonable.
Fun thing about the counterspell creature is it's interaction with delve, and how you can use the cards an opponent's delve spell just exiled to enable the counter.
Plants are 1/1 now? I guess 0/1 tokens are too complex for new players or something.
To me it means they grew thorns. Last time we were in Zendikar they were just wee little baby plants with no thorns. So just like the eldrazi spawns, they grew up a little.

RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
Grove Rumbler is nice. if it was a 4/4 I'd say right away he'd be a constructed staple, as 3/3 it's a very good limited card.... if there's enough support for recurring land drops and enough ways to drop multiple lands, it could do something.
Grovetender Druids is a REALLY bad Lys Alana Huntmaster (well... mostly because it also triggers from tokens)
Roil Spout is alright, pretty decent tempo card, likely to win lots of limited matches.
Ulamog's Nullifier is certainly the best of the bunch. 2/3 flash flying for 4 is already pretty good on it's own in limited.
the counter upside may even push that dude into constructed.
Ulamog's Nullifier is gonna be fun to use. "End of turn I tap out and exile three cards to play Dig Through Time." "Okay. I flash in Nullifier, return two of those cards, and counter your DTT." Granted, it does give them fuel for the next one.
The GR and UW cards are too safely designed. Still alright, but they could have been pushed a little. I know power creep and limited environments are concerns, but come on, would dropping knocking 1 off the cost of the UW or making the RG a 3/4 or even a 4/4 be that bad?
Ulamog's Nullifier seems Standard-playable. It's live in many matchups, especially if you have any form of Ingest at all, and a 2/3 flyer plus a counter for 4 is a great rate. It's probably not main-deck worthy, but I could see it as a brutal sideboard play in a control mirror.
Roil Spout is a hair too slow for Constructed, unfortunately. If the base cost was 2 or if it was an Instant, I'd have been excited. Still, seems like a very high draft pick.

Roil Spout is interesting for UW control, but the bounce to library effect is still weak compared to the straight removal that Stasis Snare offers. The awaken cost again feels too limiting.
Ulamog's Nullifier is borderline constructed playable in esper control. Choose your stasis snare target to go to the grave as part of the processor's bonus cost for massive damage, though with Devouring Light rotating, I don't know if the deck will have enough non-devour exile to be reliable. At least a sideboard consideration for the mirror, as it's a complete troll against delve.

Roil Spout is also awful by comparison to Oust, which gets rid of the creature for longer, is two mana cheaper and doesn't require you to dip into blue. They're way, way overvaluing Awaken, I think, which for the most part looks terrible so far.

Oust is fantastic, though. That's a tough act to follow.
I mean, I still don't think Roil Spout is going to see play...

Draft my cube! (630 cards)
That first one might see Standard play too. How do you attack into it with a Rhino if they have an uncracked fetchland? You can't.

fair uncommons all around.
