Conduit of Ruin 6 Creature - Eldrazi (R)
When you cast Conduit of Ruin, you may search your library for a colorless creature card with converted mana cost 7 or higher. If you do, shuffle your library, then put that card on top.
The first creature spell you cast each turn costs 2 less.
5/5
So it lets you cast an 9-drop Eldrazi on turn 7 without ramp? That seems pretty good.

More's the pity that this can't tutor for Karn, Wurmcoil, or Ugin, but it could see play if standard Eldrazi wants to stop mucking about with processors and just slam Ulamog.
Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)

It'll find Sundering Titan though, so that's something at least.
It's better than anything else not named Ulamog for Tron spoiled so far for the deck, but I still can't see it making the cut.
Eye of Ugin and Ancient Stirrings already get us the creatures we need, and though the cost reduction ability is tempting, a 5/5 that can grab titans doesn't excite me that much.
The temptation is there, though, so we'll likely see more variations of Tron experiment around with them, at least for a little while.
Am I right in assuming he "counts" himself for the cost reduction ability the first turn he is on the battlefield, or can I drop Alpha myr on the same turn I cast this? I've only ever seen this wording on hearthstone's pint-sized summoner, which does count itself.

Yes, except you put him onto the battlefield without casting him before you have played any creature at that turn.
I assume you are trying to say you can put him on the battlefield (via reanimation etc.) and still get the cost reduction, which is quite clear. Have we ever seen a cost reduction effect like this in magic before? If not, kudos to wizards for continuing to make eldrazi unique.

I really wish he could search for something w/ cmc 6 or greater so he could chain into more of himself. Nevertheless it looks pretty sweet

"Conduit of Ruin" is such an exceptional name, I love it. As for the card itself, definitely 200% Commander playable in decks that can support it. Beware Eldrazi titans.

If you're referring to the potential to fetch one with another, no, you can't. They're 6-drops that fetch stuff for 7 or more.
They do stack their effect, though. Having two on the battlefield makes that topdecked Ulamog cost 6. Pretty nutty.
RIP Batman guy. I hope somebody picks up the slack now that you are gone. Sick children need their Batman.
