Wow! Wasn't expecting Damnation! I also didn't expect Feldon and Dualcaster so soon. Man, now I'm worried about a Judge printing of Daretti or any of the other Commander walkers. I'm still struggling to catch up on all of the durrrgons that were just dumped on me. Last thing I need right now is a foil Judge planeswalker to try to get.
Isn't Entomb an example of why it would NOT happen? Because if Damnation was in modern masters, they would've stashed the judge promo away for a while?
Entomb was slated to be a judge promo and then someone put it in the PDS: Graveborn deck - which caused the judge promo to get yanked for a couple of years and then they released it finally last year. (Like we all didn't notice the value tanked in that time.)
It's about time they reprinted Wasteland with the legacy champs art. I've been wanting that art for a long time. Wish they'd keep giving out Force of Will promos though.
How many times can they print wasteland in foil. Wish the P3K card was imperial seal just so I could finally get a copy at a reasonable price but ravages is nice for cube owners I guess (zero legacy demand and if someone plays it in a game of EDH...whatever let them suffer for playing that format for all I care.) Dualcaster mage is the biggest disappointment I'm guessing WotC thought it would be much better than it turned out.

I've yet to ever try the card out because it doesn't really fit into any of the Red EDH decks I have. I'm still disappointed that Wizards got scared and didn't make it cost 1R so that maybe it would have the power (or at least the mana cost) to take the red slot in the Gofy/Bob/Stoneforge/Snap cycle.
If it doesn't see much play, I wonder where the price of the Judge version will end up. If it's cheap enough I may eventually pick up a copy just in case.
Concerned this means no Damnation in MM2015ed or Magic Origins. The only way I could see them still reprinting Damnation properly any time soon with this is if they do an alternate art version, so that it doesn't cause this promo judge original art version to drop as much in value, or pissing off the judges.
At 1R dualcaster mage might break the game. RR may be too prohibitive a mana cost but at least blue decks couldn't use it easily. I'm just imagining it in vintage at 1R or legacy for that matter and it makes me cringe in terms of what it could do. Snapcaster was way too good and you had to usually pay more than 2 mana to get card advantage out of it but dualcaster at 1R granting sometimes obscene card advantage is pretty damn powerful especially when it comes to vintage and cards like d. tutor, ancestral, vampiric, tinker, gifts ungiven are running around.

I don't think Damnation would make it into any standard legal set as Maro has said numerous times that they are moving away from 4CC unconditional sweepers.
*sigh* I want the Feldon of the Third Path and some Wastelands... How much money will that be?
But I'm glad to see more copies of Ravages of War in the game and promo version of Damnation without the ugly art of the first promo.

I think Wizards thought Dualcaster was going to be much better than it is. It was probably 1R or RR for most of its design, but then changed last minute to avoid another TNN fiasco. I also haven't given up hope for Damnation to be in MM2.
If Damnnation had some alt-art, i'd still think it could be in MM15. Same old art means it most likely is not in it. It's not even a played modern card.
How long after the announcement of the new Judge Foils does it usually take for them to start showing up for sale on sites?
Unfortunately, there is no "usual" for Judge foils. I'd expect to see the first few within the next couple weeks, but I won't even bother until a few months have gone by, because the way the supply trickles in, the prices will be through the roof for a while.

Young Pyromancer takes the red slot.
It's strange that people always forget Young Pyromancer.
I believe we still may see a 1R that is on level with the likes of SFM, Goyf, Bob and Tiago.
Young Pyro is just an interim prince.
Dude, he sees play in legacy and vintage. How is that not good enough?
Yeah, it's funny. He's seeing more play than Bob in modern (but is behind SCM and Goyf), and in legacy, it's actually played more than all of them (according to mtggoldfish pyro is #3, SFM is #4, Goyf is #5, SCM is #6, and Bob is #14). Stats like that are nothing to sneeze at, and that's not to mention he is the most played creature in vintage by quite a bit by raw volume (unless we count ingot chewers).

Anyways, Feldon and Dualcaster are great includes, though another Wasteland seems like a "Wasted" spot.

I also like that there're no blue promos this time round.
I also thought Damnation is quite the poor choice. People would have preferred opening said card in their booster packs.
