You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Wizards print good rares, players complain about cash grab. They print underwhelming rares, players complain that the cards suck. They spoil the best cards first, players complain about the insane prices of preorders. They spoil the meh cards first, players complain that this is the worst set ever.
So. I think I understand now.
As far as these forums are concerned, WotC can never do anything good because:
Card that is new and probably good = "pushed"
Card that is new and probably bad = "EDH/casual fodder"
Card that is a reprint = "lazy"
Card that is a better version of an older card = "power creep"
Card that is a weaker version of an older card = "worthless"
So this isn't a limited print run like the original MM? If so that is great and I don't care about the 9.99 price tag. I wasn't even able to see a pack of it at my LGS because every box was reserved before it ever came into the store.

You played JESUS?!?! I heard none of his guys stay in the graveyard, and once you think you have him beat he ALWAYS comes back to win within three turns. I like...WORSHIP him.
I doubt we see all of those, but the 2 I really dont think we will see are Chalice (was printed in the first MM) and Remand (was just reprinted in a duel deck).
Pretty hefty price at around 2.5 times the price of a normal pack.
Since normal drafts here cost £12 then that's £30 for a draft. $47 for a single draft.
Ouch.
Although I'm hoping my LGS, which is quite good, does drafts for £25 or less.
At $10 a pack MSRP, its closer to $40 a draft. MM was $35 a draft and fired quite regularly by me. $5 isnt going to be that big of a deal to most.
Hell the LGS by me just had a MM draft for $75 a person and they had to turn people away.
For the Modern event decks to fly off the shelves, they need to be a competitive deck.
Same can be said for MM2015. We really dont know if the price is too high because we dont know the card choices. I would say MMA was priced correctly for the selection of card that was in the product and it being the first try at it. Wotc knows the numbers from MMA, I doubt they are going to screw the pooch on MM2015.
