Outlast seems slow and bad. The creatures seem intentionally underpowered such that you need to activate the outlast ability once to make them effective, but you sacrifice so much tempo in activating them that you're going to be behind on board before they become dangerous. Moreover, if even one gets removed, you probably just lost two turns of development instead of one. That said, this might end up the best ability in limited, depending on how efficient the removal is. It's an ability that loves board stalls and hates sweepers, so weak removal means a bunch of non-attacking mana sinks can turn into an army.
Prowess is gonna be a ***** in limited. Combat tricks suddenly drastically change the math, and what looked like an equitable matchup can become a blowout with pretty much any instant. If it's on a bunch of fliers, there's your top archetype.
Raid is the most obvious constructed-ready mechanic as it rewards you for doing what you should already be doing. If there are enough cheap bodies RWB aggro will probably be a thing.
Delve so far doesn't have anything silly like Tombstalker (which I could completely see getting reprinted here), and we haven't seen any enablers for it yet besides the charm. I wonder if this is where the cephalid "shred" mechanic comes back? Anyway, this is probably the mechanic most likely to produce something absurd for Standard or older formats, but the least abusable in limited.
Ferocious is going to be better than people think. 4 power is a lot easier to hit than 5, so comparing it to the Naya mechanic seems short-sighted. Again, if removal is weak, this will likely lead to unrecoverable situations in limited.
The Raven is awesome 2/2 flyer for 2 is good. There are only like 2 other creatures in magic so far that are 2/x flyers for 2 without downsides. Gaea's Merfolk and Azorius First-Wing but this card has the upside of being a bounce spell in addition later in the game.
There's a lot more 2 mana 2/x fliers than that. Leonin Skyhunter, at least 2 different 2/1 fliers for 1W, and more.
Still, the card is almost Constructed worthy without the Morph ability, and that ability actually will matter in games. I look forward to unmorphing it on my opponent's turn and saying "Go home Sarkhan, you're drunk" to their 4/4 flying haste indestructible dragon.
Abazan Guide is a monster and should not have been printed as a common. I can't remember the last time that a common would be a better pick than most of the rares.

Completely agree. I went undefeated at my prerelease until the final round, when I went up against someone that had two of these in his deck. Soooo cheap.

Did you have to deal with any Efreet Weaponmaster? Most of the cards in that cycle were really strong, but those two in particular are destructive forces.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
That would have been powerful, flavorful, and overall enjoyable. As much as I have loved the charms in this set, I weep at reading this comment simply for opportunities lost. Ferocious does seem rather random to me, and an inherently powerful card with potential to enable the mechanic would be perfect in my opinion.

Efreet Weaponmaster was nuts when someone used it properly. One of my opponents flipped it prematurely and I was able to remove it before it was involved in any combat.
Looks like they're punishing black from daring to be good, again.

One mode makes a 4/4 bear token, and one of the other modes punches it?

This card is basically a variant of Telepathy, which makes it odd to me too because that card was never a common.
Needs moar Delver.
