Yes, but very cosmetic. There are something like sparks around sitting Zurgo, and the banner on the right has a different position. Otherwise, everything is on the same place.

Maybe a hint who to sit on the throne? Gamewise, placing Zurgo on the throne would do nicely for you

What about using this with Keldon Warlord and Krenko, Mob Boss. A bit of mana ramp and you have a decent combo that just becomes stronger every turn.

It is a thing in mtg salvation that 1 year old are to be left alone. If users want to discuss cards from "old discussions" it is better to create a new thread. This police exist mostly because of people that goes for those discussions and "display" future knowledge or to just troll. We know that sometimes you search for a card looking for combos or interactions and this forums are one of the most displayed results from google, etc But it is part of the rules to not "necro" old Threads. (there was a time people openned threads "spoiling staples" and made fun of the people calling the cards bad )

There will be no restriction or punishment but ye this thread will probably be closed now (not that it is a bad thing, cause it should have been a long time ago, maybe).


@GUY31507: Ye, fun combo for EDH. On my krenko deck i used the Throne for a while + Quest for the Goblin lord and lords to pump my tokens.

There's no need to be a dick about it is all I'm saying. Turning away prospective forum-goers because they enjoy cards and want to talk about them and maybe skim the rules the first time around? No. That's always bothered me about this forum. How people get so snappy and demanding over new people.

It sure is great to be getting dragon throne of Tarkir in Theros

This equipment always bugged me. How are you equipping a chair?? do you just run around the battlefield with it glued to you? Is it a hoverchair? I get that the defender part implies you're sitting in it but still... sheesh.
