People do realize that Demonic Tutor wasn't in the Lilly deck, right?
Demonic deck had Demonic Tutor.
Sure, but it's Liliana that's depicted in that wonderful piece of art... Or at least, that's what I meant with "Lilly's Demonic Tutor".
That makes more sense. I've seen a few comments about the card being from the Lilly deck though.
I will say that GVL was probably my all time favorite DDs. Played great and was fun.

Does this mean they will be re-releasing those cool little duel-deck boxes for each set? I have my Divine-Demonic duel deck, but I really want the little deck box to match!
Divine vs. Demonic is the primary reason I am going to be getting this. I was never able to replace my Akroma from long ago after it was stolen and never felt like dropping $20-$30 on the Duel Deck version, because of how awesome it is, and this allows me to do just that and allows me to grab a bunch of other decent cards at the same time.
if the price will be like that of Commander's arsenal?
I don't think we have anything specific about the distribution but since the purpose is ostensibly to allow people who missed out on these decks the first time around another chance, it'd be pretty silly to limit them that much. I wouldn't be surprised if it was print to demand, honestly.
Print to demand is bad thing. I mean, look at all the conspiracy cards. Who cracks them now? The prices of the new cards are still extremely high.
Print to demand is bad because it makes the prices high. Riiiight. If you think the prices of the new cards in Conspiracy are too high, then why aren't you cracking packs for value? More likely those prices are at equilibrium given their respective rarities and the cost of a pack of Conspiracy. Artificially raising the latter cost by artificially limiting the supply would make them more expensive, not less. Another possibility is that Conspiracy isn't being opened as much as it could be because other releases (like M15) have distracted attention away from it. But that's not the fault of printing to demand.
For the few people that said Walmart and co don't do high value TCG stuff: Some (certainly not all) do sell booster boxes at MSRP ($143.98 or some such (yes, that is the MSRP on a box)) and spider wrapped. They also sell the giant PW posters for $39.98.

You're being sarcastic, right? Because print to demand does exactly the opposite of what your statement implies you think it does. Duel Decks aren't valuable because Elves v. Goblins is amazing to play, it isn't btw, it's expensive because there aren't enough of them to meet demand. Print to demand on this product ensures that players can access the product. So, yeah, I'm guessing your statement was sarcasm, and if it wasn't then I hope I've helped give you perspective.
I would like to get a few of the older ones I missed. I like having these duel decks for my friends who don't play much and just want to grab a deck and play.

"To realize that all your life—you know, all your love, all your hate, all your memory, all your pain—it was all the same thing. It was all the same dream. A dream that you had inside a locked room. A dream about being a person. And like a lot of dreams there's a monster at the end of it."
I'm really disappointed that this is going for so much. As a player who only started at Theros I was hoping to be able to pick this up at a reasonable price and enjoy some of the older cards in them. Oh well, back to buying singles.
It's not like valuable cards go down in price after a mass reprint.
Expect $15 Akromas and Tutors, $8 Lilis, $2 Imperious Perfect and $6 Counterspells by next year.
There is one, really important exception: all are m15 frame now, this makes them "semi-separate" print and thus I doubt price will drop.
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
The $100 does not seem that daunting to me. They are reprinting out of production products that would have had an original retail of about $80 anyway, how is $20 more for a collected boxed set reprint all that bad?

It's a smart idea for a reprint. I just hope it is a large enough printing that prices on the sealed product don't get jacked up.

I'd say you call it in all your posts with that picture in your sig. Alas, gone are the days of $7.99 starter decks and $2.50 boosters... sigh...

Prices at my local store for the original print runs of the duel decks:
J vs C: $200
G v L: $70
E v G: $200
D v D: $150
So it doesn't seem so bad by that perspective. Or maybe my shop is a bunch of ripoff artists. One or the other.
