since Mono-Red and Mono-Black TEND to get the shaft in terms of quality and quantity of planeswalkers (certain obvious cards notwithstanding) it'll be nice to see them get another opportunity to make a really good one for those colors, since Green, Blue, and White are frequently getting very good planeswalkers.
Black has the best planeswalker yet printed -> Liliana of the Veil
Black also has one of the strongest EDH planeswalkers printed -> Sorin
I'd add in Liliana Vess too, in EDH. Repeatable tutor is a must answer and quickly.
It says "you can use the activated abilities of planeswalkers you control on any turn at any time you could use an instant." and the planeswalker rule states "Each planeswalker has a number of activated abilities on it. You can play one of these abilities only at the time you could play a sorcery, and only if none of that planeswalker's abilities have been played yet that turn." Does that mean you can activate it once on your turn then on the next players turn and the next... and so on and so forth?
We honestly don't know yet. As the rules are currently written, yes I would say you can activate once every player's turn. BUT, we don't know if that rule will be 'clarified' until we get the release notes for commander 2015.
Alright, with today's Uncharted Realms story, I am going to make the educated guess that the Black Walker will be Ob Nixilis. Many people have pointed out that not every walker for Commander 2014 will be old Walkers, but will at least be ones that we haven't seen before. While Leshrac makes more sense, in order to appeal to a wider group, it seems likely that they will have 3-4 be old walkers, and 1-2 be walkers that are more "current" to the plot, or something new entirely. The only thing we know for "certain" is that they will be characters not already given a planeswalker card, from everything that has been cited so far. So I would revise my former guess to be:
White: Serra
Green:Freyalise
Black: Ob Nixilis
Red: Jeska (because she doesn't have a card like Jaya does, the proto-walker card. Yes, they both have creature cards, but Jaya was Chandra's teacher/created the school she went to, and Chandra is basically a reworked Jaya anyway, let's be honest) or maybe even some odd version of Ugin (based on Breath of Ugin being "red")
Actually, as Jeska could still manifest her Phage powers when we saw her in Time Spiral, I'd say her planeswalker card should be B/R, not mono-red. It would be good to see a (mostly) heroic character with that color combination.
True, I edited my post to rephrase my argument. I know of all the choices for Red, of which there are few straight Red choices, Jaya is the favorite, but Jaya=Chandra for all intents and purposes.

B: Ob Nixilis (we need a new black planeswalker, either his incarnation from before he lost his spark or the one after he "regains" it if they are not planning on printing that one in some other set...
In yesterday's "Uncharted Realms" article, Ob says "The power is returning to me. I felt this world shudder when Bala Ged was destroyed. In that moment, I could smell the Multiverse again. My spark is within reach. I know what I must do. And that the only cost to regaining my spark will be the complete obliteration of the world I hate most among them all?" So it sounds like Zendikar must be destroyed in order for him to regain his spark. I would imagine they would save that plot and potential related card for when they do Return to Zendikar or w/e.
Someone pointed out that given his ult effects other pws there's a good chance there's another one in the deck. What do you guys think?
Not a secondary commander, but sure, there could be plenty of planeswalkers in the deck just as cards.
I highly doubt it, for price point reasons. If they put too much value in one of the decks, we'll see another Mindseize situation. If there is more than just Teferi, it'll have to be a mono-blue walke and I think Jace 1.0 is really the only possibility.

Garruk Wildspeaker was in Mirror Mastery without incident and there are lots of planeswalkers that aren't super expensive. Mind Seize was unbalanced because it was the only place to get True Name Nemesis, even Tezzeret isn't expensive enough to come close to that situation (remember that the price will not be the same after a reprint). It's true that there aren't many options in monoblue but I don't think the price of any of them is going to rule them out (Well, it will rule out JTMS, but other things will rule him out first).
It's not unreasonable. Jace, Architect of Thought is going for around $4. Putting him in wouldn't really up the price of the deck at the moment. Plus, just think of being able to use his +1 every turn. No ones doing any damage. Ajani, Caller of the Pride and Gideon Jura just go for around $6. While, Gideon, Champion of Justice goes for around $4 as well. Wouldn't be unreasonable to see two Planeswalkers per deck and those wouldn't be disappointing to see in the White deck. Garruk Relentless is $6 and it would be kick-ass to see another re-print of him. Double-face are pretty fun. Garruk, Caller of Beasts is also just around $8. If the Green deck is super creature heavy, which it probably will be, he's super reasonable. Garruk, Primal Hunter is also only about $6 and card draw in green in EDH is super important. While a bit more expensive if they make the deck Elf themed Nissa Revane would be pretty kick-ass as well. Chandra Ablaze, while not my favourite is pretty solid late game. draws you a hand when your empty and could force all your opponents with fist fulls to go down lower. She also turns weak early game burn into four damage and she's only sitting around $8. She also goes super solidly with Hammer of Bogardan and Chandra's Phoenix. Chandra Nalaar is another solid $6 choice. While, Chandra, Pyromaster is also sitting at $8 and Chandra, the Firebrand is just a measly $4. Koth of the Hammer would be awesome as well with all the Mountains you will be running in a Mono-Red EDH and he's just $5. Last, but not least, Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is around $3 and in EDH a turn two Planeswalker can be pretty daunting.
Finally, in Black is Liliana of the Dark Realms sitting pretty around $5 pretty much ditto to her to Koth of the Hammer. She's probably the most likely at the time of this post.
These of course are current card prices and the deck's have probably been finalized for some time now. So, whose to say, but going off these prices, having one reprinted Planeswalker in each deck wouldn't be insane and it would be nice to see.
I really hope that since they kinda wet the bed by making this mono-colored (the biggest difference between the haves and the have-nots in commander is the expensive mana-bases and these are the only products where they can come up with inexpensive commander-only versions of mana fixing), they'll be including a lot of value in these decks. They could have 10+ >$10 cards in there and by sheer force of mass printing not cause a big deal, specially if they're cards that are only expensive because they're old, mythic or single-print such as Council's Judgment, Concordant Crossroads, Nirkana Revenant, Toxic Deluge, Goryo's Vengeance, Gauntlet of Power, Cabal Coffers, Chaos Warp, etc.
I also hope it's mostly old an fun cards, no bull***** commons/uncommons from RTR/Theros, no vanilla crap, no skill-testers, keep those in clash packs and intro decks. Each deck needs at least one power card Stoneforge Mystic, Sensei's Divining Top, Demonic Tutor, Crucible of Worlds and Scroll Rack would be cool.
But that's all dreaming, what I really expect is a bunch of unsynergetic creatures and spells packed in combat with their own deck between the PSW and the Legend, one of two meh reprints, a crappy new mechanic forced along all decks and the blue deck having a legacy/modern staple that makes the deck impossible to buy at MSRP.
Wait...why doesn't Teferi have a flickering ability? Wouldn't that have been a good reference to phasing?

MTGS Wikia Article about "New World Order"
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
PSA to everyone who keeps forgetting about the Reserved List:
You're on a website dedicated to talking about MtG. You're only a few keystrokes away from finding out what cards are on the Reserved List. You're also only a few keystrokes away from finding out why some cards on the Reserved List got foil printings in FtV, as Judge promos, or whatnot, as well as why that won't happen again. Stop doing this.
Gahhh Scroll Rack and Sensei's Divining Top would be miracles. At least Scroll Rack. I've been dying to get my hands on that in the new frame.
I feel you, friend. A top and a rack would be mana from heaven.
While like like the idea of increasing the availability of both Rack and Top in theory, I'd dread the real-world effects of such a thing in practice for the same reason I dread the inevitable return of fetches; right now my friends being cheap keeps the prevalence of those cards to a minimum, and I'm not looking forward to how much extra time all that dickering around with the library will add to the average game once cost is no longer an issue.
Wait...why doesn't Teferi have a flickering ability? Wouldn't that have been a good reference to phasing?
There are lots of abilities that would have been suitable on Teferi, but he only has three abilities so they couldn't print them all. Cross your fingers for another version in some future product I guess?
Red - Jaya
Green - Freyalise
Black - Leshrac
White - Serra
Yeah, Yawgmoth's not a walker. It's pretty important to his story.
We've already been told that not all of them are pre-Mending, but we don't have any idea which are which. All of those you mention are strong contenders but they won't all be in.
Serra is a must. Freyalise would be a delight. Leshrac...oh, please oh please...? Please!
But if none of the above return, I am still happy. Teferi was, is and shall be my favorite walker. I have a secret hope he shows up in Khans. I mean, come on, time travel is involved...
I'd add in Liliana Vess too, in EDH. Repeatable tutor is a must answer and quickly.

Yes she does: Jeska, Warrior Adept. Also Phage the Untouchable, and in part Karona, False God. (Yes, her story is quite complex). So Jaya has actually less cards than Jeska.
Actually, as Jeska could still manifest her Phage powers when we saw her in Time Spiral, I'd say her planeswalker card should be B/R, not mono-red. It would be good to see a (mostly) heroic character with that color combination.
