I did not expect that as part of the cycle! Really glad this has been printed and the art if saweeeeeeet. Makes me want to go back to Phyrexia. However, I must say, this one is currently the best out of the 3, but I wouldn't be surprised if a majority of them become the new "Titans." This cycle is pushed hard and a 6/6 for 6 with Trample in colorless is icing on the cake.
Might Legacy Forgemaster MUD (or even Vintage MUD if they're sick of Abrupt Decay tearing up their Moxen and tax rocks) play this guy? Even if it gets countered or sacrificed, it can still do its work!
Wow. Just wow. That's really good. Didn't expect a colorless, and certainly didn't expect one of that power level after seeing the other two spoiled. Will definitely be a sought after card I think. Good finisher for ANY color deck. Still, after seeing this one, I really wish that the activated costs were all equal (looking at you Soul of Ravnica with your 7 mana activated cost behind)
This is hilariously sick, though. Generic, catch-all finisher for control decks of any color? Also, would Modern Tron want this as an option?
Well if you want to get all story and flavor about it, Elesh Norn is the most powerful of the Praetors in terms of raw strength and ability to get things done through her commanding presence. She's a diplomat, orator and queen in all of the wrong ways, but oh so right I think she's currently keeping everything in balance while the Praetors continue to sort out their differences.
This one is actually not terrible; it is a lot better then I expected after the other two.

LOVE this card! Might take the place of Wurmcoil Engine in a few of my decks.

you can generally tell the easiest road to victory by how many players congregate on it; and the road of counterspells/control has been the freeway of choice in magic for quite some time.

What I find offensive is not that Wizards is endeavoring to make the game more accessible, but the attitudes of elitists who act as though no one of any age should show their face in the Magic public without first having mastery over the complexities of the game.
That's pretty cool, though in Modern it is probably worse than Wurmcoil Engine. However, abusing it with Nevinyrral's Disk and Magus of the Disk will be fun in EDH.
This does not go in EveryEDH deck, it might make it into an artifact based deck or Kruphix, but there are still better choices.

Haven't had a good Artifact creature in awhile. But does he have a home?
Nice twist.

I was just gushing about Soul Bond or whatever it's called,
but I'm already liking this better for Superfriends EDH applications.

I'm thinking Theros: White, Innistrad: Black, Tarkir: Red.
Also, usable in modern Tron?
Modern: U M'Olk; B Goodstuff

Can find it with Treasure Mage, too.
Excellent finisher, with a ton of applications.
Dump it in the yard, then play the ability.
I can't help but feel like this is an excellent control finisher after AEtherling rotates....
