Wizards made a mistake. Proof: https://twitter.com/MagicOnline/status/469224891766415361
This was last week. As we all know, MagicOnline is an official WOTC twitter. We got VM spoilers, and a few CNS spoilers, but not FULL CNS spoilers. Ilovesaprolings is right; bad miscommunication on Wizards side.
What made me post this was this quote from this post on DailyMTG.:
Ah, Conspiracy. It's a secret to everybody. Well, not anymore—I'm incredibly excited for you all to see the set. After months of teasing, hidden messages, and sly references, you will soon be able to see the the entire set at the Card Image Gallery.
Now, this was posted BEFORE midnight EST, which is usually when Wizards spoils craploads of stuff. I thought it meant that later, at midnight, that Wizards would spoil the set.
I was wrong.
Thanks to the mod that edited the title. People were getting confused.
WHOA WHOA WHOA. Is THIS the full spoiler twitter comment that got this rumor started? Nowhere does it say we'd get the full spoiler, except in people's comments. We got the full vintage spoiler, and IN THAT, we saw more conspiracy stuff. There should never have been any confusion from what I can see.

I fear I won't have much time to play Magic these days.
I get to watch worlds develop around me.
I get to watch great leaders, terrible oppressors, and trend setters rise and fall.
Limited, Standard, Modern, everything is a different playing field I feel I can observe, but will not actually touch.
I look forward to the stories I will hear.
And more so to the ones I will watch unfold first hand.
Isn't the unknown exciting?

You would think that, but the immature and spoiled among the MTG community expected it differently. The fact that so many people are butt hurt is really something.
WotC doesnt have to give us ANY spoilers. They dont have to have these fun elaborate games for us to figure out the spoilers. You little brats are so damn spoiled that when you dont get your way you cry and moan. If you dont like it. Quit the game and leave. No one wants to hear it.
Sets dont even get the foil spoiler till a week before. So really I dont see the problem. Just be patient. Wizards has done nothing wrong.
The analysis presented for the breakdown is flawed as Conspiracy is being printed on sheets of 80 due to its set size. The likely numerical breakdown is 11/8/6 for commons, uncommons, and rares with the print sheet consisting on four copies of each common, 3 copies of each uncommon, and 2 copies of each rare.
EDIT: This is for the special slot, of course.
To the best of my knowledge, Wizards uses nothing but 121 card sheets these days.

I've reread that tweet and the thread that lead to it over and over again. I don't see how its possible to read it other than that the full spoiler would be out last Friday. Maybe they didn't mean to say that but they did I hesitate to make an Argumentum ad populum but the fact that TONS of people here and elsewhere have read it the same way means there might be something to that interpretation no?

Conversely, WOTC has posted the full spoiler the last Friday of preview weeks for the past year if not more and the the Monday after the last preview week for most every set before then. If you want to argue they shouldn't have held Conspiracy preview week so soon that's one thing. I also don't think we've ever had the full spoiler for a set that's releasing later than a set that isn't fully spoiled (Conspiracy vs. Vintage Masters). But yes, they are late. It isn't the end of the world but it is annoying and people are allowed to be annoyed (to say nothing of the few people who want this information to do their job like Mr. Bleiweiss or to help them budget their disposable income). No significant number of people here or elsewhere are losing sleep or writing angry comments to WOTC (which would be stepping over the line). I think one person went on about consumer rights or something silly. Call him/her out if you want. Otherwise, your complaints about complaints and sweeping generalizations aren't contributing much.

or, they use 2 121 card sheets. Do you have a picture of an 80 card sheet? I've never seen one. The only other size I've seen is 110.
edit for clarity: yes, it looks like the rares/mythics are on an 80 card sheet in small sets. but if you triple that number, you can fit it on two 121 card sheets. Which actually fits the print run data.
Speaking of "Conspiracy" based riddles to unlock said full preview, someone asked Mark this just now:
"I saw some stuff about a foil Magister of Worth that was pulled during a BTG pre-release. The card had a phone number on the back leading to WotC help line with an encrypted pre-recorded message. Was this a planned thing for conspiracy or a test-print that slipped into a pack somehow? (Or fake??)"
Maro answered:
"It was a promotional thing for Conspiracy.
I mean, maybe.
Maybe this is a sneaky reminder about the hot line, so we should try calling it again now and check if anything has updated to answer how to reveal the spoilers.

I honestly think you're stretching that way too far.
I think they probably are hiding spoilers somewhere if they don't want to comment on it at all.
Edit: I forgot they said there aren't any hidden spoilers. Shame on Wizards.
I wish my 4/4s with haste and first strike that acted as Goblin Warchiefs were better and didn't die to instants and overshadowed all other 4 drops in the format. And that they had evasion too, and some way to dodge wrath effects.
I'd say this about guarantees that it won't be up till this Friday, but considering the current track record, the ETA is now probably two weeks after the set has been out.

Odd that you can pick "Paliano" as your contry in the Settings , maybe its code or secret thing
No i m just trolling Shame on you wizards you teased us alot
No, it has something to it;
Paliano is a real township in Italy.
Quoting from Wikipedia;
Paliano was the seat of a branch of the powerful Colonna family whose head was Lord, then Duke, then Prince of Paliano. Their fortress dominates the town. In 1556 papal forces captured the town, which was governed for a few years by Giovanni Carafa, nephew of Pope Paul IV, as Duke. His wife, Violante di Cardona, was the Duchess of Paliano celebrated in Stendhal’s novella of the same name.
What did that quote have to do with Conspiracy? Nothing. Except the fact that Paliano had a lot to do with kings and queens and lords. What else did? Conspiracy's Paliano.
And yes, you probably are trolling. But hey, that'd my speculation.

Bah. When I went to dailymtg today, I got a "server too busy" message and got excited that there was some big news going on. Conspiracy spoilers perhaps.
If it's indeed 9-9-6-1 (looking forward to seeing that mythic!), wouldn't it be more likely that they'd have 8-4-2-1 on the sheet? Uncommons just being 1.5 times rarer than rares seems bizarre.
That breakdown does work as well. For standard cards, between Theros and Shards of Alara, uncommons were half as frequent as commons. With the increase in the number of uncommons per set (starting with Born of the Gods) commons are about 2.5x as frequent as uncommons in large sets, and just over 3x as frequent in small sets. I worked my way up from common, but working down from mythic, i think your numbers make a little more sense.
The truth is (and I know we're just speculating here still), if there were a draft-altering Mythic Rare: don't you think they would have spoiled it in that first week of spoilers? Surely that's gotta be a big "wow"! So my real suspicion is that there are no draft-altering mythics; then they could do just 1 of each rare on the sheet, and allow more space to get the ratios for the uncommons and commons closer to their usual ratios. Hopefully we'll see in a few days! (and hopefully enough packs are opened and recorded so we can figure out what the proper ratios are)
Okay, this is really stupid now. I can understand slow rolling spoilers. I can understand a slip up about the release date of the full spoiler. I can even understand not wanting to admit the mistake and just continue wih spoilers as planned. But to have all that happen and then stop the spoilers altogether... that is just stupid and/or mean. Although, it would be nice for once to draft the set on release weekend and not have all the wannabe pros already know all the strategies and synergies and get mad at you for not making your picks as quickly as them.
I'd say this about guarantees that it won't be up till this Friday, but considering the current track record, the ETA is now probably two weeks after the set has been out.

Quote from Wolfman about lack of Conspiracy spoilers-

Speak for yourself, if drawing *****-headed wurms makes social justice warriors cry I'll make it my favorite hobby.
When I was a (really little) kid, I didn't know what the hell was in 5th Edition until I started opening packs or cracked open a Scrye or Inquest. Similarly, I opened 10 or so packs of Alliances before realizing that the set was largely garbage (nope, no Forces of Will). So: yeah, it isn't the norm nowadays for expansion sets to be somewhat unknown so close to release, but at least we've already been informed of a few great reprints and new cards -- and I sincerely doubt that we won't have the full spoiler prior to release, anyway.
On the off-chance that the set has some more Exploration-like expensive reprints in it (doubtful, I know, but possible), I'm glad that enough time will have been allowed for all of us to pre-order product without paying insanely high prices for it. I'm even tempted to avoid further spoilers so I'll be that much more surprised when I open packs with fellow draft enthusiasts.
They said they'd be down all week for Memorial Day. We're not getting any spoilers this week from the mothership.
Must be nice working there, one full week paid to do nothing.
One full week for Memorial Day of all things is a tad ridiculous. I don't even care about getting a spoiler or not, I just think that concept is absurd. Do what they want, I don't care....but a full paid week off? Waaaat....
