Fall of the Hammer is awesome. A variant of Soul's Fire (Fall costs 1 less, can't target players). Should see constructed play.
I know that I'm going to find a home for Courser of Kruphix in a deck. It's got a great blocking body on it for only 1GG, and it's great late game for skimming off your lands from the top of your deck.
I'm surprised more people aren't talking about Crypsis. A 1U Instant that gives one of your creatures protection from your opponents' creatures until end of turn AND untaps your targeted creature? Inspired trigger!
Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

Kraken of the Straights has got to have some of the worst art I've ever seen on a magic card. How it got past multiple levels of MTG designers thinking that it was an acceptable piece for our card game is just beyond me.

You've got a rat in your walls, and cheese won't solve anything.
Why is it that they can make that work in an intuitive way for Planeswalkers, where you can only have one version of a given "character" in play, but they can't make it work for other cards?

Aw, c'mon, it reminds me of how the art used to look in the Revised-era...which is probably kind of insulting to the Kraken's art now.
That was my first thought, but if you're already at six devotion, there might be better things to do than play an undercosted vanilla. I suppose it depends on how the metagame turns out.

Close, but I doubt it- Frogmite counts toward affinity, while Marshmist Titan is almost the opposite of what you would want in a deck that strives towards devotion to black (high CMC, only one mana of which is colored).

Maybe because it doesnt come up a lot. All planeswalkers are now exclusively the planeswalker card type. Xenagos is an exception because of the story.

I would be happy to be proven wrong, though.
Yeah I'd be doubtful about it. Grey Merchant seems far better at that high of a curve
How about vortex elemental?
Is that a long awaited anti-aggro centerpiece? Its effectively like typhoid rats except becomes clutch spot removal at 3UUU
Crypsis art:
Mr. Triton, if you call that camouflage, it's really crappy camouflage.

Artifact Creature - Construct
Draft Conspiracy Draftifact face up.
Immediately after the draft, you may notice how freakin' screwed you are, as someone just used Lore Seeker to get a pack of Zendikar with a power nine inside.

The Born of the Gods Release Notes were mistakenly published early. We have chosen to keep them live to minimize confusion. The Card Image Gallery will still update as usual, with the full set being revealed Friday morning.
I think its better as in late game it turns into a targeted removal.
Choose one of these judge of creation:
Make Strionic Resonator shine!
You can not grasp the true form of Ashiok's attack!

...has the best flavor text AND the best art that I've seen in a very, very long time.
WotC, please hire me already.
Void Stalker is always targeted removal.
R Citizen Cane (Feldon of the Third Path)
Heroic trigger
yeah true
yeah made a misstake but if you have alot , alot , alot of mana you can make this litle guy really dangerous
Yeah, man. That's always been how it works. You can also have Karn, Silver Golem/Karn Liberated, Venser, Shaper Savant/Venser, the Sojourner, and Nicol Bolas/Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker out at the same time. It doesn't make a lot of flavor sense, but it's the best route to go gameplay wise.

Eye Gouge is incredibly flavorful. Love it.
I like the art
