Hey guys, so I got this mat, but there are creases in it from it shipping and the shop not straightening it out when they got it.... anyone have some safe tips on how to remove creases from these playmats?
I've got the same problem with mine. Anyone got any suggestions?
We only had one game day at my local game store, and it barely even got off. We have an extra playmat we'll probably use as prize support for another event. Hopefully I'll get to play is that event this time around.
Highlights: "Fabulous card. The earlier we introduce 13+ year olds to homosexuality the better." "I like to show my son Magic cards and try and teach him how to play. Needless to say I'm as unhappy about Mr. Gay Vamper here as I am the women running around in panties." "At first sight the art of this card has repulsed me so much I stopped caring about what the card really does." "what matters the most is how disgusting it is for many normal males." "Straight guy saying that he doesn't care for the content of the art" "The Homo Sadomasohist look is not what bothers me about the look of the card."
So...yes. Straight male Magic players will lose their **** over literally anything that makes them think the game isn't exclusively catering to their tastes.
I find this really wierd that anyone would even say anything about that card. I am a straight male magic player and I must have about 10 of that card sitting in a box somewhere. I never even noticed it.

**** this site. I'd delete this account but that doesn't seem to be an option. The mods here are ******* useless ********s who ban people for simple ass normal words. **** them and **** this site.
are the male characters not attractive? They all seem to be quite good looking and athletic.
Yes they are, very, I fear Salvation has a very small understanding of how varied and rich the MTG beefcake is. There's a male for every taste and that's much more than we can say about females, yet for some reason fictional attractive females existing in entertainment is offensive to women and the men who pretend to care to get in their good side.
Garruk is a de facto bear and Koth is gorgeous. This kind of complaints are the same stupidity of the Hawkeye Initiative. Male and female sexuality aren't the same, don't work the same and can't be catered to the same way.
Besides all it takes to disproove such superficial notions of "sexualization" is standing outside of america's victorian-level fear of nudity and discussing the topic in a less prude place: It turns out off the USA a lot of people's favorite planeswalker and "waifu" is covered from tip to toe in bulky and decorum-keeping clothes that makes her look like Virgin Mary and Jeanne d'Arc fused together.
I want to be rewarded for winning Game Day-not punished. All THAT art motivates me to do is aim for 2nd place.

What you are about to read the absolute truth about the deck that once nearly killed WotC's revenue.

there's more sex and violence in one episode of the Sopranos or the Game of Thrones series than in all of MTG combined, including book, comics etc. Frankly, some people are losing their cool in here. It's just a good looking woman, fully dressed, sending flames out of her hands.

You obviously haven't seen the mat in person, the ammoun of detail in her face is exquisite.
Then again, dissenters will inevitably abhor.

So now standing there with flames in your hands is "****ty behavior"?
I can't seem to find an artist credit for this particular piece, but I know that Brad Rigney did the rest of the M14 promotional Chandra art.
