It's not Price, but Burning Earth seems legit. Not enough to push multi color decks out, but it makes you play maybe a few basics.
Another Llanowar/Fyndhorn Elves is nice as well.

Wow. Another Llanowar Elves variant? Interesting. I imagine the rotation of Arbor Elf will end up being more relevant multicolor hate than Burning Earth.

Interesting that there is yet another (functional) reprint of Llanowar Elves. Consider also that Fyndhorn Elves were in Ice Age - but probably never reprinted.
Nice to see Doom Blade being printed again. Not sure why they felt the need to print another incarnation of Llanowar Elf. I guess they wanted to get away from having the word 'Llanowar' in the card name.
Lay of the Land is cool. They clearly won't be reprinting Farseek(card was really degenerate in the last year of Standard), and it will be interesting to see whether or not people are willing to run less shock lands/more basics for powerful mana acceleration. T1 acceleration that doesn't involve a frail 1/1 is fantastic.
So Llanowar Elves have officially been retired? Makes sense as I seem to recall someone saying that they disliked that it was a plural name even though all the art (except 7th Ed) showed just one elf.
Also glad to see Doom Blade and some nonbasic land hate.

Flames of the Firebrand also has kind of second guessing this. Why would Chandra, who is set to get a new version, get a card that references an older incarnation of herself?

It's nice to see Lay of the Land,
but I don't think it's good enough to play.
Maybe if it put a basic forest onto play,
or fetched any land?
The Price of Progress enchantment is interesting,
and probably a reason to start MBing Vraska or Acidic Slime

Well we had a few Minotaurs in RtR block and Theros is rumoured to be Greek Mythology
This seems to indicate that Minotaurs will indeed be showing up in Theros thus somewhat confirming the rumours
