The coin flip wording is probably to alleviate memory and help judges answer rulings.
"It was heads=win, tails-win, tails-lose, heads-lose, tails-win."
or
"It was win, win, lose, lose, win."
This way you don't have to remember what each flips winning outcome was. It reduces variance when it comes to both parties understanding and remembering.
^This.
I respect the fact that some people want to choose their flips. But it really saves A LOT of time (and reduces headaches) if the text makes some decisions for you.
Most things in the world rub me in the wrong way or I just don't like it/them. But if you take a second look, some of them are practical.

Need a break from Standard or EDH? Play Two-Headed Giant, 60-Card Singleton!
Ral seems pretty busted to me. I don't know if you guys understand how big the tapping and untapping something is. I could see him making grixis walkers an actual deck.
Hey Hey!, I want to Play Grixis this upcoming standard. If you could please point me in the right direction with a deck, I'd love it!!
Ral will perfectly take the place Tamiyo is in Standard. While the ultimate is not as good as Tamiyo, the other two look a lot better.
No, Ral's first is extreamly so so and does not fit into instant / sorcery at all, and it doesnt keep the target tapped during its players upkeep nor can you use it on their turn. Best thing i can think of doing is untapping Merc. Chemist and tapping my opponent's land.
Even past that his 2nd is nice, but looking at ajani for the same cost and more out of an instant like ability makes me sadder.
His ult is nice, if not so nice compaired to other ults it is something that brings a smile to my face.
Ral's first is really good. Taps down blockers, gives you mana, shuts down enemy counters by tapping their lands, resets tap abilities. It's extremely versatile, even if it loses a lot because it's not instant. You can use it to make Ral only cost 3 mana when he comes into play while simultaneously tapping down blockers or preventing your enemy from being able to dispel your shock, etc. Compare with the fact that Vengeant can really only use his ability to lock-down one enemy permanent, and only after it's already tapped.
His -2 is strictly worse than Ajani Vengeant's, but Ral costs the same and comes into play with the ability to -2 twice in a row whereas Ajani can only -2 once, which is actually a huge difference.
All in all I would say that Ral is on par with Ajani Vengeant, or even better, especially because of how tightly Ral fits into a tempo deck.
Ral Zarek is indeed the Izzet mythic. There are 11 mythics in the set, one of which is Maze's End; therefore, there's exactly enough for 1 per guild. There's no room for a second UR mythic.
Take a look at Vraska and Domri in RTR/GTC - they're exactly the same. In those sets, Golgari and Gruul didn't get a second watermarked mythic, unlike the other guilds.
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord? We had guild leaders for watermarked mythical for both sets. What others am I missing?
We know for a fact that small sets have 10 mythics + special considerations like Maze's End in Dragon's Maze being in the landslot or the 2 DFC mythics from Dark Ascension
Ral Zarek will be the Izzet Mythic, we only have one Mythic left to be spoiled and it's the Dimir one since we have been told many a times now that Maze's End is the 11th mythic.
No, it's much better. Things like sol ring, grim monolith, mana crypt are not lands and are just examples off the top of my head that this guy can untap.
does taking 5 turns really sound fun to people? I always feel like more than one extra turn is redundant and kinda boring. five would just be like, ok, the game was over three of my turns ago, but lets untap again anyway just for giggles. Seriously. it sounds boring to me. Reads cool I guess though
i am wondering how well deputy of acquittal will work with snapcaster mage??? double blocking, using snapcaster twice. both have flash. they seem good together

Entwine = 1 Card > 1 Slot (Out of a potential 4 Playset/Copies)
Split Cards = 2 Cards > 1 Slot
I respectfully disagree, and say that they are NOT alike.

Are you a navy Nuke?

Lion is a must while Deputy is a may.
No, this card is awesome because it reminds me of whitemane lion and it will be fun to play with just like the lion was/is.

I thought of this too. Does Ral Zarek = Izzet Mythic for DGM?
Can anyone shed light on this?

Planeswalkers are not guild aligned. So there is still a pretty good chance of having an Izzet marked mythic I would assume.
Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord? We had guild leaders for watermarked mythical for both sets. What others am I missing?
11 mythical in makes sense regardless.

BOBO Enraged?
Time Vault Yeah baby!
Although it gets boring quickly
Unless you are playing Multiplayer and perhaps "Tonight, I just had to kill a lot of people."
