I mean, hell, we're all on a forum for something that most people would describe as a "children's card game"...do what makes you happy. You are never too old to enjoy yourself.
Seeing the artwork only makes me sad that Ron Spencer no longer really does art for Magic because it isn't homogenized, digitally-created artwork. Forget Rebecca Guay or Terese Nielsen, Ron Spencer blows them both away when it comes to MTG art.
There's a drop shadow on the casting cost. Normally this would be a sign of poor photochoppery, but WotC made that mistake on Sword of Light and Shadow, so I'm guessing this is real.
