Assemble the Legion 3RW
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a muster counter on ~. Then put a 1/1 red and white Soldier creature token with haste onto the battlefield for each muster counter on ~.
The card starts slow but snowballs pretty quickly. It certainly gives you inevitability if you can keep the game going long enough. I'm a fan of RW control so this card looks great to me.
I use the Duels Of The Planeswalkers layout, though I'm right-handed and keep my deck and GY to the left. I dare you to ask me how tempting it is to hold flying creatures in a floating pattern over the table.
Nothing in this game is degenerate or completely dominant. They haven't banned anything in standard in a long, long time. Hell they should have banned affinity right away, but they didn't until boxed sales collapsed too. Hasbro had to come in and fire people.
I'll enjoy watching all the whiners eat crow monday.
I have to say I'm not fan of "muster" counter. I'm sure I and many other players will call them Mustard counters and therefore this card "Assemble the Sandwich".
That being said this card could be kind of fun with Cathar's Crusade. Those 2 enchantments together could get out of hand very quickly.
Super slow, turn 6 you get a single 1/1, at least it has haste I guess. Still probably too slow. Definitely will get out of hand if the format slows down a ton. Probably too low impact for standard. I like it though bomb in limited if your opponent didn't draft any enchantment hate.
This gets out of control rather quickly in the right deck. I could definitely see this one in constructed. It's also fairly infinite blockers against a lot of decks.
#mustercounters
Doesn't really seem playable in constructed outside of the odd control list. In limited, it seems really good. Obvious batallion enabler is obvious.

Perfect recovery card from a wrath and this should interact well with the battalion mechanic.
I like this card a lot. Great art and flavour as well.

Now I will.
I thought exactly the same thing.
This isn't exactly what a constructed boros aggro deck want to drop at turn 5. But other decks might like.
Not to mention it's a hell in limited.
Kinda like a bad planeswalker.
Uh... I think you're underestimating how good this card can be.
It's for mid-late game decks like Tokens, RWx Control, etc.
