The Full spoiler has been posted. Please do not discuss individual cards in this thread, but rather the set as a whole. If you wish to discuss a particular card, create a thread in the New Card Discussion subforum.
Finally came up for me. On the whole, I am less "wowed" by this set than I was by RTR, but I think it's a solid set with tons of flavor and some of my favorite guilds. I will definitely be picking up my fair share of this set.
I am definitely noticing an increase in the "Guildless vs. the Guilds" mood that Return to Ravnica sort of hinted at. Makes me excited for Dragon's Maze.

So glad I bought none of this set. I see little that can compete with the cards that are already in standard. Also very sad that I chose Gruul for the prerelease. Clearly outclassed by every other color. zzzzzzzzz
Shaped up to be pretty solid...though compared to RTR, a little underwhelming. I'll have think this one over.

What you are about to read the absolute truth about the deck that once nearly killed WotC's revenue.

This set looks really underpowered compared to RTR - not to be the 100th person to say this.
If this turns out to be true (there are always sleepers), I really, really wish they would have waited to dial down the power level until DGM - at least keep the guilds on par with each other.
Plenty of good limited fodder. Boros has a lot of weenies that should get battalion online pretty easily. I think I'm still going to play Orzhov. That or Boros. Choices choices.

I just deleted at least two thirds of the posts in this thread. To reiterate: if you want to discuss specific cards, please go to New Card Discussion. This thread will become impossible if everyone discusses all 127 new cards here. Thanks.
WAY too many reprints. Spitemare is one of my favourite cards of all time so its cool to see a neat version. Oh, and reverse Agony Warp is also neato

I wasn't way excited about most of the multicolor cards, but MAN the cards for limited, it blew me away how good some of them were. And the themes that we didn't even see before are interesting.

Orzhov seems good. The decks of this format don't look all that aggressive.

If that's your "casual," what on earth is required for "formal," a butler in livery shuffling the decks whilst a pianist plays Brahms in front of a tapestry?

EVOLVE ALL THE THINGS!!!
It is extremely stupid. I'm very sad that I have to wait until Dragon's Maze (or maybe longer) to play standard.

I certainly hope so. I also hope I am overreacting because I'm very sad about it.
