Vela begs to be abused! Krond is a little boring though, IMO. Still, can't expect every legendary creature to be a crazy commander! One from two is good enough. Thanks for the spoils!

Krond could be pretty good in a voltron-style deck, I think. Argentum armor is decent, and this guy does that when enchanted. He's no Zur or Bruna, but he's solid for GW. Pretty sure that Sigarda and Gaddok are just better in those colors(GW).
Because conservative bias is a far, far worse thing. Liberal bias doesn't, statistically speaking, make people stupid. Conservative bias (or at least Fox's version of it) does.
I wouldn't call either super exciting even from a casual position, but it is nice to see a legendary Archon and the way they're each other's nemesises (nemesi? Seriously what is the plural of nemesis?) is pretty cool.

Vela is begging to be abused, and versatile as well.
Go for a pack of "when this deals combat damage" effects, or leech everyone to death with self-bounce/flicker?
Great build-around potential.

Nemeses.
I like that they threw a legendary archon our way, archons don't get enough love. Which is a shame because they ride FLYING LIONS.
Vela is the better card I think, but I don't like her as much. Makes me more interested to see the other legendaries.
I like Vela a lot, but...Krond is just...really, really boring. If he exiled a permanent for EACH aura enchanting him--then he'd be way more exciting. Perhaps a bit too powerful, but he'd then warrant the WWWGGG casting cost. As it is...he's not really worth the hassle he'd be to cast, whether as a commander or just another card.
You played JESUS?!?! I heard none of his guys stay in the graveyard, and once you think you have him beat he ALWAYS comes back to win within three turns. I like...WORSHIP him.
Krond is blunt, but that's what some people like. He sort of leverages for similar space with Sigarda, but is a reasonable choice over her when looking at GW "Enchant Me" commanders. She has much better protection from removal, but he is much more impactful once enchanted.
Vela is much more open to possibilities, and is my favorite of this pair. Great with Ninja, to no great surprise, but there are other avenues to explore when looking to abuse her ability, and she doesn't necessarily even need to be built around at all. She does reasonable work in most UB decks that use a decent number of creatures, and you don't need to be actively sacrificing or bouncing or flickering your creatures if you're satisfied to have her around just as a deterrent for mass removal.
Does the enchantment clause stack? Say, 3 enchantments= 3 permanents, etc? He's pretty bad otherwise, the UB one is pretty good. I'm thinking fae/wizard/ninja.

The other guy is cool too though. I love me some enchantments. :3

Was there ever a number given for how many brand new cards we'll be seeing in this release?
Krond is like a better balanced Uril, I like.
