Are these cards Vintage and Legacy legal? Illusory Angel seems like it could be good with all the "free spells" legal in those formats. I know those are high powered formats, but come on... a 4/4 flier for 3??
Vintage seems more realistic than Legacy. Casting it off a Moxen can work. It's a decent clock but no utility really hurts it for being a 3 mana creature. Force of Will isn't helping you cast this as you're most likely using Force on your opponent's turn. This is a turn 4+ play for Legacy decks that would want it. Brainstorm into this is fine but 4 mana spells are expected to dominate the game for you, a 4/4 flier isn't really the most dominating turn 4 play. Argent Sphinx is not a Legacy playable.
Illusory Angel is obviously designed to work well with Cascade. Turn 4 BBE into Illusory Angel is a pretty powerful play. Outside of Cascade and Moxen the decks that might want Illusory Angel don't run ways to get it for cheaper than 4.

I could see this card in a legacy deck called Faerie Stompy, aims to turn one serendib/sea drake off a city of traitors/ancient tomb and a chrome mox. Seems nutty opening into this...but top decking just seems so bad.
